Community Meeting Cabin Branch Multifamily

September 25, 2017

The meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m. Six community attendees were present (see attached sign-in sheet). Josh Wooldridge provided an overview of NRP Group. Bob Harris provided an overview history of the approvals for the entire Cabin Branch project. Josh Wooldridge reviewed the plans including architecture, elevations, parking, amenities and building location. Attendees asked about the:

• Siding material cementitious, brick of complementary colors; • Timing – potential construction Fall of 2018; • Number of dwelling units/bedrooms – 272 units approximately 1/3 one bedroom, one

third two bedroom and one third three bedroom but the number of three bedroom units may be smaller;

• Quality of finishes – hardwood floors etc., upscale; • Energy conservation – LEED certified; • Restaurants/shops – not here but at the outlet center; • Phasing of construction – approximately 18 months.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
