MEDICAL CLINIC ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT 2012

Nursing Services. Treatment to minor wounds and ailments are available daily.Students requiring further treatment were referred to Rural Health or brought to Passi City Hospital. Parents are being notified about their health. Students and personnel were given health counseling.

Physical Examination. Physical Examination were required to all incoming students upon enrolment to evaluate their physical condition. Physical Examination forms are filed at the Clinic.

Information Dissemination The clinic made Information drive regarding H1 N1 through posters posted in visible to students.

Maintenance of Health and Sanitation. Cleanliness in the Comfort Rooms was done weekly. Dormitories were also inspected.

Individual health Counseling. Health counseling were conducted to both Faculty, Staff and Students.
