• Prices for packages that include hotels for your lodging option are based on double occupancy – 2 golfers to a room that has 2 double beds. If you have an odd number of golfers we can price your package accordingly – just let us know before we get started.

kilmarlic Golf Club has opened the first 6 on-site cottages. By project’s end 13 cottages will surround a 5,000-square foot, lighted putting green, with five others set on a small pond. in addition to the put-ting green, there is also a four-hole short course, offering a quartet of par-3 holes that play between 27 and 40 yards.

For vacationing golfers stayingon the beach side of the bridge, Kilmarlic is conveniently located five miles west of the Wright Memo-rial Bridge along Highway 158, the main artery to the Outer Banks from the north. “In 10 minutes,” long-time Director of Golf Bryan Sullivan likes to say, “you can have your toes in the ocean.”

The cottages have two bedrooms, each with two full size beds and it’s own bath, along with a loft that has two additional full beds. This layout is great for groups of up to 6 golfers, as well as families with small

children. A total of 12 Cottages will be available for the spring golf travel season.

Kilmarlic decided to add to the on-site experience by constructing a 5,000-square foot, lighted putting green and a four-hole short course offering fun-filled par-3 holes. “The short course is perfect for our package groups staying at the Cottages”, Sullivan said. “They can easily play a few holes in the eve-ning and continue into the night on the lighted putting green.” The Kilmarlic accommodations are not just for golfers. Families often utilize the cottages for two or three nights prior to checking into their weekly rentals on the island. It helps avoid the often crowded Saturday check-in traffic and gives families an extra day to enjoy the many activities that the Outer Banks has to offer.
