YOUTH LEADERS NEEDED: We are looking for a number of both High School students who are interest-ed in helping lead VERVE nights as well as Adults who are interested in helping lead both UNITE and VERVE nights. We do need a minimum of 3 adult leaders to run an event for our youth which sadly means that if we do not have the volunteers needed to run the event it will be cancelled. COLLECTION FOR SYRIAN REFUGEES:

In response to the escalating crisis of Syrian refugees, we will be taking up a second collection during all masses on the weekend of October 18. This collec-tion is part of an unprecedented joint appeal to Catholics across the country, involving the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops, the Canadian Organ-ization for Development and Peace, the Catholic Near East Welfare Associ-ation, and Aid to the Church in Need (ACN). Our Syrian brothers and sisters are suffering unimaginable misery; please do what you can to reach out to help.

40 DAYS FOR LIFE: A prayerful prolife movement. Please join Holy Family in filling all the avail-able time slots on Thursdays between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm. There are two ways to help! Presence on site: join us for one hour in a peaceful prayer vigil at 10958 - 124 St. in Edmonton.
