12 interviews carried out - Matching Process has started Early

Better understanding of iGIP and its Value proposition

Explain main bottlenecks

Not enough companies on the internal list

Expectations and hopes too high from 1st meetings

Waiting for replies through e-mails rather than cold calling – it is

not efficient and does not get any results

Lack of understanding of the company language

Figuring out who are possible TN takers are

MCVP not pushing enough for iGIP to happen

NST lacks understanding of the corporate language and lack of

experience in iGIP

Main conclusions and learning

Increase in Action orientation needed

Increasing Cold-Calling

Process of iGIP needs to clarified

Follow up better with timeline and backward plans

Standardise flow of meetings and material

Further detail of the flow necessary

The first few tasks were on time however as time passed by and

external things to AIESEC, such as studies, started piling up

AIESEC in Malta

performance started decreasing- further consistency in

performance is necessary

It has been decided on Tuesday 28th that the focus of Elizabeth Pulo MCVP BD and iGIp Manager, shall no longer be on Business Development but on iGIP due to there being no focus by Business Development and is not part of the actual AIESEC programs. Building relationships based on iGIP (i.e. Global Talent) will allow the relationship with the companies to grow based on AIESEC values and programs, developing a better understand and collaboration
