this “VOICE” magazine which is a miniature representation of the principles,

values and ideology of this Institution. This magazine is the window to the various

activities of the school. The motto of every Satheesh Balajian is good, better, best

and never let it rest until your good becomes better and your better becomes the

best.

This valuable publication provides platform for scaling newer heights in their

career by showcasing their creativity both in Curricular and Co-Curricular and to

serve as a source of encouragement for the budding artists. I cordially invite you

to render your supporting hands to work collaboratively to harness the potentials

& latent skills of every twinkling stars so as to emerge as a global winner.

FROM THE PRINCIPAL'S DESK

We designed our education system to bring out the infinite beauty in every child. Our system is not designed for only

scoring marks, but designed to aim holistic development of the child . Our teaching methodology will impact every child

in our school for a true reform to happen both in student's community and in parent's community. We teach the aspects of

our educational methods in homely atmosphere . Our educational method opens source and is available to all the children

for responsible usage.

I dream of bringing a Mega Change in my school not only through class rooms but also through “VOICES” for human

potential transformation from the academic year 2018-2019

SPORTS DAY CELEBRATION

The much anticipated and the most awaited glorious day, that is the

Sports Day has come on 19-Aug-2017 Sports instill confidence, will power,

competence, enjoyment and promotes sound physical fitness.

This special day of fun filled with joy began with the lighting of kuthu

vilakku.The guest of honor Mr.K.Ravi- [Assistant commissioner of police], the

laudable chief guest Mrs.Padmashri Shiny Wilson [4 times Olympic

medalist], special guest of honor Mr.Syed Sabir Basha and our prudent

correspondent Mr.Madasamy Pandian and the other delegates graced the

function by their august presence, hoisted the flags and saluted them.

Our twinkling stars who have brought laurels to our institution carried the Olympic torch and the Olympic flame.

The students entered with the true spirit of sportsmanship as the pleasant weather and the fantastic turn out from

parents were the boost for the bubbling buds and the oath was being administered by the special guests. The special

guests of honor took the salute of the magnificent and impressive march past display blended with discipline,

co-ordination and impeccable synchronization of all the different squads of various houses.

The air was filled with cheering and tons of encouragement for the young athletes and the energizing drill set the

tone for the rest of the events. The colors of cultural feast was unfolded with the alluring & mesmerizing dance by

blooming K.G. buds.Yoga the science of well being, silambum the martial arts and a human pyramid amazed and

enthralled the audience . Music which gives wings to mind, and flight to imagination was a feast to the windows of

our sense organs.

To add excitement and fervor of sports day celebration, a competition for parents was conducted. The closing

ceremony performed by the participants was a colorful portrayal of the vibrant unity in diversity.

Prize distribution a moment which everyone had been waiting for with bated breath came to an end by awarding

trophies and shields to the winners.

The glorious & fabulous science expo a visual treat aiming to facilitate futuristic skills to compete with the

various challenges in the unforeseen global future was conducted on 13.10.17 with the key objective of bringing

out the hidden talents into lime light and to create an awareness on science and technology. An eminent

personality DR. Gangathar Reddy DEO Ponneri was the chief guest for this jubilant function.

Enthusiasm and effervescence overflowed among students focusing on the topics ranging from green living to

the effect of modern electronic devices. Our stupendous students created a bench mark of excellence not only in

science but also in all other subjects and paved way for the holistic development of the children.

ARTS & SCIENCE EXPO

By hearing, I forget By seeing , I remember By doing I understand.

Math is not to make simple things complicated but to make

complicated things simple. The great Aryabhatts, Ramanujams and

Shakunthaladevi's of Satheesh Balajians displayed a blend of meticulous

project on puzzles and models. An incredible show comprising role play

and fun with grammar added fervor to English project. The potentials of

our young buddies were unlocked in socio-economics and it was indeed

a great grand sight for the spectators.

to life. Our tiny tots and teachers

looked beauti ful with their

allocated color attires and objects.

Our state has a glorious past, vibrant culture and a rich history. To emancipate our traditional blended golden

culture, fabulous traditional dances like karakattam, oyillattam, mayilattam, poikal kuthiraiattam, silambattam,

pulliattam, wrestling and parai were performed.

Life expectancy would grow in leaps and bounds if healthy food is consumed. Our magnanimous parents

prepared healthy, traditional, delicious and spicy food with a deep conviction that serving food to others is a

service to humanity.

SAVING MONEY [SPECIAL CAMP BY DEP. OF INDIAN POST]

Saving is the key to brighten financial independence and building wealth. To instill the value of saving , our

school launched a special program on POST OFFICE SAVING SCHEME with the assistance of postal

department.

The higher official of Ambattur postal department delivered a speech about the various saving schemes like

“Thangamagan and Thangamagal Thittam”. They created awareness on saving accounts, benefits and rates of

interest. Many students and parents enrolled their names in various schemes for the betterment of their ward's

future.

TEACHER'S DAY CELEBRATION

Teachers are the pioneers of the country's educational transformation who inspire hope, ignite imagination, and

instill love for learning by their noble profession in order to mould an individual'scharacter, caliber and future. To

acknowledge and to salute this noble teaching community, our school commemorated Teacher's Day on

September 5th 2017.The day buzzed with excitement and smiles all round.

Senior teachers, the mentors of our bubbling buds, who have dedicated their working lives more than 5 years in

this school were honored with shawls and awards for their diligence and hard work. One could observe moments

of pride and joy as each and every faculty members of this institution were honored with gifts. The fun filled day

made everyone to feel elated and proud for being a teacher, as teachers are the shining, guiding stars of the

society.

VIJAYADHASAMI CELEBRATION

Vijayadhasami - a day considered to be auspicious was celebrated in a fabulous way. Nambhudhri from Kerala

graced the celebration and performed rituals. He wrote “Om” with golden needle in every new kid's tongue.The

gaiety and sanctity doubled when the kids wrote “OM” in a rice plate. The celebration was adorned by our

commendable Chairman Mr.Madasamy Pandian and Dr. Thiru Murugan. This traditional celebration of

Vijayadhasami generated pride in the minds of every Satheesh Balajians.

MRS. SIMI- THE DOCTORATE AWARDEE

“Success is the result of perfection, hard work and passion for learning.”

Passion is the root cause of every success .This was exactly felt by one of our school teacher Mrs.SIMI of Botany

department who received the doctorate in medicinal plant in the Health care system of tribal community from

Manomanium Sundaranar University - Tirunelvelli.

A dream does not become reality through magic.It talks about sweat, determination and hard work .To

congratulate her success, our school has honored her with a memento and a shawl.

This moment turned to be a great credit to our institution
