COVID-19 – Safety Precautions
Corporate Offices
Jack Cooper will make every reasonable
effort to keep our offices safe and healthy
• Doing so requires team members, third-parties
and visitors to take personal responsibility to
monitor their health, alter their habits and keep the
safety of others in the forefront.
• All parties are expected to abide by this plan, the
health and safety instructions posted throughout
the office as well as the applicable portions of the
plans for our terminals and operations.
• These precautions are in place until further notice.

Stay at Home/Work from Home
• Cooper’s mandatory work from home (WFH) program remains in place until local
stay-at-home orders are lifted and each department head has provided schedules
and return to work direction to their team members.
• When local stay-at-home orders are lifted, voluntary WFH will be in place until
further notice.
• Team Members in high-risk groups are encouraged to WFH until further notice.
• Exemptions (unless contrary to local orders):
• Team members in roles essential to supporting our businesses who cannot perform
their duties WFH.
• Team members in roles deemed essential to supporting WFH who cannot perform
their duties WFH.
• For both of the above, efforts should be made to limit time in the office

Staffing• Department heads will determine the staff allowed to work
in the office. They will limit the number of team members
in each department’s work area and assigned seating, at
any given time, to a level allowing each to follow CDC
guidance for social distancing. This should not exceed
50% of the department’s normal in office staffing for
cubical and open seating areas.
• Third parties, including visitors, are only allowed access
when required to support essential functions, and only
when that support requires them to be physically present. Limiting face-to-face contact with others
is the best way to reduce the spread of
coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
