As a club, we are privileged to be able to offer a hunt test this year, and as handlers we

consider it a privilege to run at one. We are very thankful to Barb Loree and Kathy Miner and

their husbands for allowing the use of their farm, Swamp Dog Farm to hold the event. We ask

that all judges, handlers and volunteers adhere to the guidelines listed below.

Please bring all supplies necessary for yourself and your dog – this includes: water, food, hand sanitizer, medications, shade umbrella, rainwear, chair, etc

Due to the recommended number of people at events and to decrease the possibility of possible spread of the Corona Virus, only the actual dog handlers and event

volunteers are permitted on site.

There will be shade tents for the judges, but handlers are asked to bring their own shade umbrellas.

If you are using or handling club equipment, or equipment or materials that other people will be handling, please sanitize your hands before and after handling. We

recommend that you keep a bottle of hand sanitizer in your pocket at all times.

There will be a porta-potty available on site – please use at your own risk and sanitize with handi-wipes before and after use.

Please ensure physical distancing at all times. Even though there may be handlers present who are in your “bubble”, we ask that a 2 meter distance be maintained at all

times unless another handler is in your immediate family (ie. spouse or child)

Ribbons and duck bands will be laid out on table by club secretary, and handlers may take their own after qualifying dogs have been announced.
