Explain main achievements

- NST team selection - Mathcing and Realizing Auguste and Claudia - Candidates follow up with 1 potential RA - New Sales Mindset - National Template of Infosession - Podio implementation

Explain main bottlenecks

- Lack of membership - Lack of organizational culture in the area - Lack of historic data in order to make analysis - Lack of time to focus on it

Main conclusions and learning

- Local reality understanding - Put Maria as Manager, and Aida as coordinator, so MC only tracks

Maria, as final responsible. - Sell on going for this year and clean the current pipeline, create a

timeline for next year target on graduates for next summer. - Potential for IT public, since not targeted by oGCDP
