Asta PramudityaCompany/project: AIESEC Koaceli, özel körfezim ilköğretim okulu, Turkey

In this Global Internship I teach English to kindergarten, primary and secondary students. By teaching I also learn so many things. This circle of life is so wonderful. Journey of a thousand miles begins with a first step, a step out of your comfort zone, which allows you to discover more about yourself. A self discovery allows you to improve yourself better every day. In order to make a better world, start with your better self first. Like what Mahatma Gandhi said, “Be the change you wish to see in the world.” Humanity is the key to a better world, a world without border. I write what touches me and I hope it touches you too.

Yesica DewiCompany/project: Alter Ego, Ukraine.

When you think that becoming a Global Talent in AIESEC is merely going abroad, I bet you wrong! It's a life changing experience and it's the time when you challenge your self to go outside from your box and push your self to the limit! It was my first time coming to the non-English speaking country and will teach English at school whereas I'm not a native English speaker. Those were obviously challenges for me. But as I said, it's all worthed!! And I won't get those priceless experiences if I didn't dare my self to join AIESEC.

Back from my internship program, I started to set up my dream to have my own education center. I'm going back to my home town, Salatiga, and having a cooperation with my partner to run a language center, which I believe in the future it will become an education center. Surely, my experience in Ukraine really useful and it adds special credit to my work now!
