Our services are popular firstly for the convenience it brings but treatments like massages are also great for

unwinding and de- stressing especially after a long day’s shoot or during intervals. It is also perfect for fashion

shows and can be set up back stage for the crew, casts, models or even VIP guests.

We’ll arrive on schedule, a bit earlier if we need to set up especially if you are purchasing a *Luxe package which

also comes with the spa set up to create the perfect spa experience. We come with everything including, the

therapists, towels, products equipment etc. You just provide us with the space, table and chairs and we’ll do the

rest!

*Luxe Package – We will transform your space into spa with lighting, fabric, music and smells. Your therapists will also arrive with an assistant to

assist with set up and prepare our signature relaxing tea while we pamper you. Please speak to a member of staff for more details.

Prepare for your Spa Experience

Our top tips for a relaxing, revitalising spa experience!

Spa Etiquette

Booking: Reservations may be made by calling the Spa by Les Luxes on 0845 468 6548 or by requesting a service online. We encourage you to reserve treatments at least two weeks in advance and our minimum call out time is 120 minutes.

Our spa team will help you plan the perfect experience, including the best order in which to enjoy your treatments.

Cancellations: We understand that on occasion it may be necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment. As a

courtesy to our other clients and therapists, we ask that you provide us with a minimum of 72 hours if you need to cancel or

reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 72 hours will incur a 50% charge and within 24 hours 100%

will be charged. We recommend that all cancellations are made by phone rather than email – please call and speak to

a member of our spa bookings team on 0845 468 6548.

Clothing: Most body treatments will require you to disrobe. However, please wear whatever is comfortable for you. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on.

Shaving is recommended but not necessary for men prior to a facial. If you do choose to shave prior to your facial, be sure

to do so at least 8 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Shaving is not recommended prior to any body treatments

or hair removal services.

Eating & Drinking: We recommend sticking to light snacks and soft drinks before, during and immediately after body treatments. Ask us about our range of specially blended teas and mineral waters that are the perfect partner to your spa

experience.

Medical conditions: If you have any medical conditions or allergies that may impact your treatment please let us know at the time of booking. Our therapists will be happy to adapt the treatment where appropriate.

Punctuality: Because Spa by Les Luxes brings the pampering to your doorstep, all you need to do is sit back, relax and wait for our therapist to arrive! However, please bear in mind that if for any reason you are not ready to start on time, our

therapist may need to adapt the treatment to finish within the scheduled appointment time.
