Breast Cancer CampaignThis brochure was done for my Persuasive Speech class project. The project was to choose a subject or object that we would like to promote and ultimately persuade our audience into changing their perspective, bring awareness to, or buy the product. My teammates and I choose breast cancer. Our target audience was 25 to 40 year old African American women within the Greensboro area. This brochure was a PR tactic to educate our target audience via snail mail.

Strut-a-MuttThis particular brochure was done in my Design and Layout class. Our professor had given my classmates and I a choice of three local businesses to create brochures for and I choose SPCA of the Triad. SPCA recently developed a program to interact the locals with dogs that were in need of walks and adoption. Strut-a-Mutt was conducted every Sunday morning with volunteers who were willing to walk and play with dogs and possibly form a bound with a dog for adoption. The brochure I created highlights this event as well as tell you how to go about volunteering if interested.

• The newsletters that are within this presentation focus on going green. At the time, it was of great interest to me and from this, I have become a recycler and more conscious of ways to save energy and resources.
• The first newsletter I present in this presentation entails great tips on how to incorporate going green in your everyday lifestyle; from what batteries to use or household products that are useful in your daily routines.
• My next newsletter is based off of a guest speaker that came to our class to encourage my classmates and I to go green as well as bring awareness to the club, Green Paw Aggies.

Here is a press release I did for class. Our assignment was to create a press release for a particular product or event (whether real or fictitious) and have a fact sheet about some recent events for the product and/or company.
