Above, you can read the announcement about our July newsletters. Our Publicity Committee and Church Council have advised us to use this month in recreating our newsletter format. The new format will add more pages and give our congregation information regarding volunteering and serving along with more information of ways to connect to the ministry of our congregation. We are seeking for our newsletter to be a tool for us to practice our mission statement of belonging, becoming and being followers of Jesus. This month we will only publish this newsletter with the plan to publish the new format the first week of August.
There is much happening in July that I want you to be aware of and keep as part of our prayers. Please pray for ourHigh School students as they travel to Puerto Rico on mission. Also, keep our Kentucky Mission Team in your prayers as they prepare to continue our ongoing work with Hills and Hollers Ministries. In addition, our children will be going to Passport Camp during the month of July.
During July, we are also gathering school supplies for both McCreary County Kentucky and for our own Wake County Schools. Please make note of the items needed and bring them with you in the next two weeks. They can be found in this current newsletter.
In this newsletter, you will find a schedule for the next two weeks at Trinity. In the weeks we are not publishing a newsletter, you can find this schedule on the website at “Schedules & Volunteers.” There, you can also find an updated list of volunteers for the coming weeks.
Even as we are enjoying the summer with family and friends, we are busy preparing for the fall and all that awaits us as a congregation. Thank you for your continued faithfulness and prayers for our church. God is doing marvelous things and I continue to believe God has much in store for us.

ONE NEWSLETTER FOR JULY We are hard at work redesigning the newsletter to give more information about everything that happens at TBC. This means we will have one newsletter the week of July 8th to cover the month of July. We will resume with a new look and feel to the newsletter the first week of August.

Many thanks to the well over 100 folks who volunteered their time, talent and money to help support Family Promise last week -- whether providing food & supplies, driving a van, doing laundry, helping with setup and/or take down, playing with the
kids, staying overnight, providing prayer coverage or doing one of the many behind the scenes jobs. We hosted four families, and whether or not they said “thank you” to you, please know that each of you did make a difference. As the saying goes, ‘it takes a village…’.
This was Trinity’s last hosting week in 2019. Look for news later for hosting dates in 2020.

NEW: WOMEN’S BIBLE STUDY
Special thanks to Baron Hignite, Maury Tepper, and Amy Byers for leading in worship over the past two Sundays, and to both of our worship leading choirs, FirstLight and the Sancutary Choir, for continuing their weekly musical offerings to the Lord. Even during the summer months, our musicians continue their faithful service to God and His people. Our gathering for worship is an essential part of our relationship with Him and our lives are made richer because of it. Thank you all for your ongoing desire to please God and to serve Him faithfully.
Got some free time? Need to be involved in fellowship and service? Got a voice and love to sing? We have two ongoing worship leading choirs that are great places to
serve and meet new people. FirstLight serves in the 8:45 am service and rehearses at 4 pm on Sunday afternoons.
Sometimes, we switch to 8 am Sunday mornings during the summer months. The Sanctuary Choir rehearses normally at 7:45 pm on Wednesdays throughout the
year, but for the summer, switches to 7:30 pm June 19 through August.Whenever we meet, there is a seat for you! We welcome people for a season or two or
for the entire year. Give Steve a call in the office to find out more information. It may be summer now, but our fall programming will begin soon! You are invited to join our music ministry in other areas as well as our two primary worship choirs. We
have a variety of ensembles and choirs that meet to offer praise to God through music. You may have singing skills or playing abilities that can be used to glorify Him, and we need you! Over the next few weeks, pray about how you can become involved in the music ministry at Trinity Baptist and see what great things God will do through you!
