OVERVIEW Replay resorts is a globally experienced, Canadian-based destination development company that has recently entered into a confidential agreement to acquire a luxury condominium building in one of the Caribbean’s most iconic and accessible locations: Paradise Island, Bahamas. It is ideally situated, between the world renowned hotels, resorts, and second home communities of Atlantis, One and Only, and Ocean Club.
HGV Resales Founder, Jerry Lewless, has had the privilege to lead sales and marketing efforts for both Harbourside Resort at Atlantis and The Reef at Atlantis. This “insider” experience, along with being a Bahamian citizen, puts him in an advantageous position to properly represent buyers of this fantastic property on Paradise Island.
The property is built: 9-storeys of spacious residences, but most of the interiors of the homes have yet to be completed.
