portfolio:

o 64% are planning on buying houses

o 55% are planning on buying flats

o 39% are planning on buying commercial property

34% of landlords are looking for a new BTL mortgage

25% will be looking to remortgage existing property

and capital raise

Landlords with 11 or more properties consider themselves professional

They have the largest BTL borrowing:

o 23% between £500,000 and £999,999

o 29% between £1,000,000 and £1,999,999

limited company structure
