All handsets can be returned to us within 21 days of purchase.

• All handsets must be in their originally sealed boxes with unbroken security seals. If boxes are damaged or marked we have the right to refuse the return request, no credit will be raised and the handset will be returned.

• All network stock will be credited at the latest price book price.

• Your total returns cannot exceed more than 10% of your sales in any calendar month

• We will collect your returns free of charge. • We will charge you £5.00 if your returns

are not ready for collection when the courier comes to collect them.

fAUlTY hANdSeTSAll handsets benefit from a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty (1 year for Apple and LG). However, should a device develop a fault within 28 days of shipment we will offer a full credit for its return. Simply complete a Dead On Arrival (DOA) return ticket and order a replacement. DPD will then collect the handset free of charge. Please ensure all DOA returns are complete with all accessories and in the original box.

loAN deVICeSShould a device develop a fault after 28 days, the repair/replacement is handled by the manufacturer. However in order to make this process as painless as possible, we extend our loan facility to keep your customer connected. Simply raise a loan request ticket and a device will be issued to either yourselves or your customer for next day delivery. This means that your customer’s faulty device isn’t replaced by a seed/refurbished used handset as it would be under a warranty exchange. It also allows you to showcase the latest handset which could help secure resigns in the future.

Go to www.partners.carphonewarehouse.com. Log in with user name (your account number) and password. Partner raises ticket on the Support Suite requesting a loan device

Firstly the Partner agrees to terms and conditions - see small print below. Then handset is shipped in a plain box with original box and non-required accessories are retained here by us. We then raise an invoice for the sale price. The Partner utilises the device for testing, demonstration, comparison etc.

The Partner raises a return ticket via the portal before the invoice becomes due (28 days.) We will then arrange a collection via DPD.

Once the device is received, it is checked against shipping inventory for accessories and condition. Subject to satisfactory result against the above checks, a credit note is raised to offset the initial dispatch invoice. Please note that if items are missing or the handset is deemed to be in a degraded condition it will be returned to the Partner, no credit will be raised and the invoice will become due. If the return request is processed after the initial invoice has become due (28 days), the collection will be rejected and the Partner must retain the device as a purchase and pay against the invoice.
