Advance payment Process

Login to Solar : Click on Admissions -----> Payment and Confirmation -----> Advance Payment

Tick Radio button to Select NEFT/RTGS, Enter the Advance amount, and the Proceed to Payment * Please note the advance amount should be OFO X No. of Learners e.g. Rs. 960 X 10 learners = Rs. 9600

• OFO – OKCL Fee Only.

Select Offline radio button and click on generate Mandate button

Take the printout of the mandate and submit into the bank registered in Solar

As soon as the amount is deducted from Account. Go to Admission Tab ------> Instalment Confirmation -----> Learner Fee Payment

Select Advance Payment option and batch as highlighted above and click on Next button

Select Fees Not yet Paid Learners radio button and select the learner whose payment needs to be done

Select Fees Not yet Paid Learners radio button

• The Advance payment amount transferred by the ALC will displayed here 9600

Confirm

Check the balance available in Closing balance and click on the confirm button
