Vision Portraits Coming home soon in mail bags will be your Vision Portraits order form. Vision Portraits Photographers will come out to our school on Sunday the 26th of March. For $15 you and your family will have a photo shoot. Included in this cost is a 10x13 photo in a frame. 100% of the booking fee is returned to our school as a fundraiser. Better still, if you book your Vision Portrait sitting by the 15/3/17 you will  go into the draw to win a $200 Vision Portrait's voucher which you can use on the day to purchase your photos.

Twilight Sports Monday the 20th of March is Twilight Sports. A great event for all the kids, families and friends. The P&F organises catering, house colours merchandise and raffles for the event. This year the Grade 6 parents are our P&F Champions with many volunteers working hard to ensure everything runs to plan. Coming home soon, in mail bags will be the Twilight Sports flyer which contains all the important information.

We need lots of help on the night to ensure that everyone gets to see their child participate.

On arrivalIf you’ve purchased your tickets via Trybooking.com please print your tickets to show at the Welcome Desk on the night.If you’ve purchased your tickets via the RSVP form & sent cash to the school, your family name will be recorded on a sheet and will be checked off as you arrive.There are still tickets available only via the Trybooking link: www.trybooking.com/257203These final ticket sales will close off at midnight on Thursday night.

The Oddball GamesThe Oddball Games will be held prior to the movie screening and we encourage everyone to get there at 6pm to join in the fun! Parcipants will be separated out into different age groups.

- 6.30pm Preschool- 6.50pm Prep & Grade 1- 7.10pm Grade 2 & Grade 3 Grade 4 to Grade 6- 7.30pm Open Age & Parents!

The Aim of the Game:You are the ranger and you need to get your penguins safely to Oddball to protect them! • 10 people line up and put on

hi-vis ‘ranger’ vests• They are each given 3 penguins in

a basket• They aim each of their penguins

at Oddball (large bin decorated as Oddball) If they get one of their penguins in they go through to next round!

There will be three different distances for each age group. If a competitor gets one or more penguins in, they go through to the final. Each final is a sack race, delivering a penguin safely across the line and will result in first, second & third place prize winners! FUN!!

Live Music Special thanks to past St James student Jackson Cairnduff and friend who will be playing some live music before the movie.

We need 8-12 enthusiastic volunteers to work the BBQ over the course of the day. The shifts are broken into 2 hour timeslots, requiring 2-3 people at a time:

Your photoshoot takes place at your school and includes a 10” x 13” photo with frame. 100% of your booking fee is fundraised for your school.

Important information:

Our photographers capture fun, variety and those special family moments. Each session includes photos of different members of the family, children, parents, grandparents and relatives - whatever you request. Immediately after your photo session, you join one of our viewing consultants to view, choose favourites and select your fundraising print. Members of the community outside your organisation are encouraged to also book an appointment; their contribution will be donated to the hosting organisation.

Only 1 booking per family/group. Each person can only appear in one $15 fundraising photo but can appear in all other photos in any session. If you miss your appointment or are late, your booking will be forfeited. Therefore, we recommend you arrive five minutes before your session starts. There are no refunds for no-shows or late bookings. However, take comfort in knowing that this money will still be donated to the hosting organisation’s fundraising efforts.

On the day, we also offer opportunities to purchase additional photos in digital format and order professional prints. If you cannot make the date of this event and would love some photos, then please contact us directly on 03 9596 9400 for further information. Some schools only offer indoor or outdoor photo sessions so please check youronline booking schedule.
