PART 2: COLORS In order to create a color adjustment according to your branding, please enter the RGB or Hexadecimal codes of your district. Visit http://designstudio.sharpschool.com/resources/colors for ideas and references.

PART 4: IMAGES Images should be in PNG, GIF or JPEG format. These will be used for header images (depending on your chosen template, some template designs doesn't have header images). Images may also include your school mascot. Submitted images should be in the HIGHEST quality version.

We will provide all the images (to be used in the header image website) per school site Please make sure to follow proper naming convention. Failure to submit your images on time will either delay the delivery of your websites or may result in our end using stock images instead. Should your chosen template doesn't require header images, please choose the option below.

Let DesignStudio use stock images Changes on header images (depending on the chosen template) will cause DELAY in the delivery of your websites. We cannot start the production of your school sites if all necessary files such as logo(s) and images are not submitted. It is your responsibility to make sure all files are submitted. Incomplete, corrupted files will also cause DELAY in the delivery of your websites. To avoid such circumstances, kindly ensure that your files are submitted on time and of highest quality as required.

When you submit your logo and images, please ZIP all the files and upload as one package. Kindly make sure to follow specific naming convention for the files: For Logos: name_of_school_logo e.g. Westfrield_Elementary_logo.png For Images: name_of_school_images e.g. Westfrield_Elementary_image1.jpg For Zip files: name_of_school_files e.g. Westfrield_Elementary_files.zip
