Project Title: To review the process time on the approval Permit For Minor Erection, Minor Alteration & Addition of Building Works (By-Laws 14)

Approval process takes 14 working days which is considered quite long. There is an increasing demand to improve customer satisfaction by reducing the approval time.

Goal statement Project scope

• Goal: To reduce prossesing time from

14 working days to 7 working days.

• Improve customer satisfaction index.

Process: Permit For Minor Erection, Minor Alteration & Addition of Building Works (By-Laws 14). Start: Receive, register & compilation and process complete application.

End: Issue Permit to Applicant.

Scope: Minor erections, minor alterations and additions to buildings

which is not require submission of normal building plan.
