Ranked one of the nation’s top six museums by independent researchers working with the American Museum Association, Philbrook creates original programming and art exhibitions to promote creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration among families, children, and aging adults. Philbrook Wine Experience Weekend serves as the primary fundraising event for Tulsa’s beloved institution, raising over $2.7 million in 2014.

Friday, Apr. 29, 2016, 2–4 p.m.

Approximately 200 members of the retail and service industries attend this event.

Friday, Apr. 29, 2016, 6–9 p.m.

Nearly 1,000 guests enjoy this high-energy happy hour. Renowned vintners and regional restaurants come together to create an unparalleled wine-tasting experience.

Saturday, Apr. 30, 2016, 5–10 p.m.

At $25,000 a table, the Vintner Dinner & Auction brings together over 450 of Oklahoma's most influential connoisseurs.

Winemaker or principle required to attend. Atendance limited to 40 wineries.

Each participating winery commits a minimum of five (5) cases of wine(s) for events throughout the weekend. Some wineries strategically select wines to coincide with the audiences, which range from trade and wine enthusiasts to wine connoisseurs. Furthermore, each participating winery agrees to send a winemaker or an owner to pour and dine with guests at Saturday evening’s Vintner Dinner & Auction.

WINERY PARTICIPANTS

Auction Donation Many wineries donate items for either the live or silent auction, including but not limited to exclusive vintages, winery tours, vineyard guest house stays, and/or cases of wine. To view the 2014 auction catalog, visit philbrook.org/wine, select auction tab.

Travel Information Tulsa is located in the central USA, making customer visits across Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas, and northern Texas convenient before or after participation in Philbrook Wine Experience Weekend.

Air Tulsa International Airport (TUL) offers connections to the world from most major carriers, including American Airlines, United Airlines, Delta Airlines, and Southwest.

Hotel Philbrook partners with several hotels throughout Downtown Tulsa to offer a variety of rates, amenities, and locations based on each winery's needs or preferences. Additional details come available in Fall 2015.

Ground Transportation Philbrook partners with a car service to provide complimentary hotel to event transportation. Additional details come available in Fall 2015.
