Interview Iinterviewed Sam Gravois, a male student in my class I wanted to know what he liked in a case Sam said he liked small slim cases that still protected his phone 4. Define/Ideate Inthis step, I sat down with Sam and asked what he really needed. Sam said the case needed to be slim protective and affordable 6.
