Certificación LEED® & BREEAM®

Las certificaciones LEED® (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design - US Green Building Council) y BREEAM® (Building Re-search Establishment Environmental As-sessment Methodology - Building Research Establishment, UK) se utilizan para evaluar y certificar la sostenibilidad en la edificación. Se componen de un conjunto de normas so-bre la utilización de estrategias encaminadas a la sostenibilidad en edificios de todo tipo. Se basan en la incorporación al proyecto de aspectos relacionados con la eficiencia ener-gética, el uso de energías alternativas, la mejora de la calidad am-biental interior, la eficiencia en el con-sumo de agua, el desarrollo sosteni-ble de los espacios li-bres de la parcela y la selección de materiales.

La instalación de una cubierta vegetal con el sistema IGNIAGREEN y/o un jardín vertical con el sistema BIOFIVER, aporta créditos en la consecución de las certificaciones LEED v4 en las categorías BD+C (Diseño y Construc-ción de Edificios) y HOMES (Diseño y Cons-trucción de Viviendas), y puntos en las cer-tificaciones BREEAM® Urbanismo, BREEAM® Vivienda y BREEAM® Nuevas Construcción – Edificios Residenciales.

Sistema IgniagreenEl sistema IGNIAGREEN permite crear cubiertas vegetales sobre cualquier superficie dura de una forma fácil, rápida y sin necesidad de obras. Su instalación es tan sencilla que está al alcance de cualquier profesional.

Los principales componentes son dos módulos independientes fabricados en plástico reciclado y reciclable: i) IGNIAQUA, módulo aljibe, alberga el sistema de riego y actúa como reservorio de agua, pudiendo incluso almacenar la de lluvia; ii) IGNIACLACK, módulo de plantación, es el encargado de contener el substrato y la planta.

El sistema ha sido diseñado para incorporar un sistema de riego entre los módulos, el cual se encarga de aportar agua al aljibe del módulo IGNIAQUA, de forma que se facilita el cuidado de las plantas y se optimiza el consumo de agua. IGNIAGREEN es el único sistema modular con riego integrado pensado y creado para contener plantas mediterráneas.

Al colocar el módulo IGNIACLACK con la planta y el sustrato, el agua sube por capilaridad. En caso de lluvias fuertes, el agua puede salir por unos rebosaderos laterales del módulo IGNIAQUA una vez que se ha llenado, de forma que no se inunda el sustrato y este permanece a una humedad máxima igual a su capacidad de campo.

Para integrar los módulos en el espacio, IGNIAGREEN también ofrece una serie de borduras decorativas en diversos tonos y materiales.

Igniagreen systemThe IGNIAGREEN system makes easy and quick green roofs and landscaping on any surface possible with no construction needed. Installation is so simple that any profes-sional can do it.

The main components are two independent modules, made from recycled and recyclable plastic. i) IGNIAQUA module, which houses the irrigation system and acts as a water reservoir, can even store rainwater. ii) IGNIACLACK module is used for planting and holds the soil and plant.

The system has been designed to include an irrigation system between the modules which carries water to the IGNIAQUA module’s tank. This facilitates plant care and economizes on water usage. IGNIAGREEN is the only modular system with integrated irrigation designed and created to grow Mediterranean plants.

Once the IGNIACLACK module with the soil and plant is installed the water rises to thesoil by way of capillary action. If there is heavy rainfall, the excess water flows out through the IGNIAQUA module’s side overflows. This keeps the substrate from getting flooded and maintains maximum humidity equal to its field capacity.

To integrate the modules to the chosen space, IGNIAGREEN offers a series of decorative borders in different tones and materials.

Los conjuntos Igniagreen, formados por los módulos Igniaclack, Igniaqua y los elementos de fijación, son los ele-mentos básicos del sistema de ajar-dinamiento Igniagreen. Los conjuntos IGNIAGREEN-15 son especí-ficos para Sedum. Los conjuntos IGNIAGREEN-20 son ideales para plantas ornamentales, aromáti-cas, hortícolas, gramíneas, viva-ces y sub-arbustivas. Sistema llave-cerradura que permite unir de forma lateral los módulos IG-NIACLACK y a su vez fijarlos vertical-mente a módulos IGNIAQUA. Para su instalación en la vía pública, el siste-ma puede fijarse mediante tornillos o remaches.

El sistema de riego queda alojado en-tre los dos módulos, de manera que no resulta visible entre la vegetación. Aunque los módulos han sido dise-ñados para poder albergar diferen-tes sistemas de riego, IGNIAGREEN recomienda utilizar tubo de polie-tileno (PE) de Ø 16 mm con goteros autocompensantes pinchados o in-sertados, 2 por módulo IGNIAQUA, una presión máxima de trabajo de 3 atm y utilizar filtros de ≤ 130 micras. Gracias a la utilización de goteros au-tocompensantes puede realizarse un riego diferencial, adaptándose a las necesidades hídricas de cada especie, con solo colocar goteros de diferente caudal (2 l/h – 4 l/h – 8 l/h).

Como el volumen del módulo IGNIA-QUA es conocido, se puede calcular su tiempo de llenado con goteros de diferente caudal, ideal para instalar un programador y no desperdiciar una gota de agua.

The watering system is housed bet-ween the two modules in such a way that it is hidden by the ve-getation. Although the modu-les are designed to accommo-date different watering systems, IGNIAGREEN recommends the use of Ø 16 mm polyethylene (PE) pipes with punctured or inserted self-compensa-ting drippers, 2 per IGNIAQUA modu-le, at a maximum working pressure of 3 atm and the use of ≤ 130 micra fil-ters. Differential irrigation is possible with the pressure-compensating drip-pers, meeting the different watering needs of each species through the connection of drippers with different flow rates. (2 l/h – 4 l/h – 8 l/h).

Since the volume of the IGNIAQUA module is measured users can calcu-late how long it takes to fill with drip-pers at different flow rates, perfect for installing a programmer to ensure that not even a single drop of water is wasted.

Para adaptar el sistema IGNIAGREEN al diseño del entorno donde se instalará, se ofrecen una serie de borduras para dar una mejor integración del sistema en la instalación.

Disponemos de borduras en diferentes materiales, como plástico PVC blanco, plástico PVC laminado efecto madera y madera tropical con acabado pulido más barnizado.

Todas las borduras son resistentes a las inclemencias meteorológicas y se pueden adaptar las dimensiones al proyecto de ajardinamiento.

To adapt the IGNIAGREEN system to the design environment where it is installed, we offer different borders to give a better integration to the facility.

Borders are available in different ma-terials such as white PVC plastic, PVC plastic with wood effect laminate, tro-pical wood with polished and varnis-hed finish.

Módulo formado por dos estructu-ras tridimensionales de celdillas de polipropileno, separadas mediante una tela hidrófila de poliéster, es-tando la frontal rellena de sustrato orgánico enriquecido para el cultivo de las plantas y la posterior perma-neciendo vacía generando un espa-cio hueco para la circulación del aire. De esta manera se permite un de-sarrollo completo de las raíces y se favorece la depuración del aire por biofiltración.

El sistema BIOFIVER® dispone de un sistema de riego por exudación que permite que toda la superficie ajar-dinada creada con estos módulos, tenga la misma cantidad de agua en cualquier punto. Esto favorece que se pueda calcular perfectamente el rie-go necesario para los jardines con el consiguiente ahorro de agua.

El formato modular permite la adap-tación de los jardines verticales a cualquier superficie y sin límite en cuanto a tamaño y altura. Permite igualmente modificaciones posterio-res en los jardines sin que afecte al resto de la estructura.

The module consists in two three-dimensional structures of polyethyle-ne cells, separated by a polyester hy-drophilic layer, being the frontal one filled by enriched organic substrate for growing the plants, and the other kept an empty space for generating air circulation. One of the structures is filled with cultivation substrate and the other kept an empty space for generating air circulation space. This system allows a complete root growth, favouring the depuration of the air by biofiltration.

The BIOFIVER® system uses a drip-irri-gation system that enables the who-le of the landscaped surface created with the modules to be fed the same amount of water at any point. This means you can easily calculate the amount of water needed for the gar-den with the subsequent savings on water.

The modular format lets you adapt vertical gardens and green roofs to any surface regardless of size or height. It also enables subsequent modifications to gardens without im-pacting the rest of the structure.

Depuración del aire con BIOFIVER®Un estudio de la NASA¹ ha demostrado que la rizosfera (parte de las raíces que envuelve el aparato radicular más joven de las plantas) tiene un importante papel depurador de ciertas sustancias contami-nantes del aire.

¿En que se basa la descontaminación del aire con el módulo BIOFIVER®?El módulo permite una amplia exposición de la rizosfera y el sustrato al aire contami-nado. En ella, habitan diferentes tipos de bacterias y microorganismos que extraen del aire aquellas sustancias que favorecen su desarrollo incorporándose a su metabo-lismo2. Los productos excretados por estas bacterias son directamente absorbidos por las plantas que a su vez, mantienen la rizos-fera con un grado de humedad ideal y con productos elaborados por ellas ideales para el desarrollo de estos microorganismos. En esta simbiosis salen beneficiados ambos organismos. Algunas de estas bacterias son capaces de retirar del aire productos conta-minantes como son los compuestos orgáni-cos volátiles (VOC’s), las partículas PM10, los NOX y los SOx.

Decontamination of the air with BIOFIVER®A NASA¹ study found that the rhizosphe-re (the part of the roots that envelops a plant’s youngest Golgi apparatus) plays an important purification role regarding cer-tain air pollutants.

What is the basis of air decontamination with the BIOFIVER® module?The module permits an extensive expo-sure of the rhizosphere and the substrate to polluted urban air. Different types of bacteria and microorganisms live in the rhizosphere and extract from the air the substances that favour its development by incorporating them into its metabolism2. The products excreted by these bacteria are directly absorbed by plants, which in turn keep the rhizosphere at an ideal de-gree of humidity and with products they make that are perfect for the development of these microorganisms. It’s a win-win symbiosis for both organisms. Some of the bacteria can remove pollutants like the vo-latile organic compounds (VOCs), the PM10 particles, the NOx, and SOx.

MENOR mantenimientoLas plantas desarrolladas sobre sistemas fertilizados tienen un crecimiento tan rá-pido que han de ser sustituidas constan-temente para su control. Los sistemas desarrollados sobre sustratos naturales mantienen un equilibrio en la nutrición con desarrollo equilibrado y controlado de las plantas. Las podas se limitan a una o dos veces al año.

The BIOFIVER® system belongs to the group of non-hydroponic vertical gar-dens with an organic substrate. The main differences with hydroponic systems are as follows:

LESS dependency on waterBIOFIVER® systems needs an average of 0,5 l/m² day on indoor installations, and up to 4 l/m² day in exterior ones, with a 90% of water use. With respect to hydroponic systems it consumes around 70% less wa-ter and can last for various days without watering.

LESS dependency on fertilisersThe BIOFIVER® system barely uses them as it is based on the natural process of obtainment of nutrients that plants need to grow. This natural balance means that plant growth is slower but more stable.

LESS maintenancePlants using fertilised systems grow faster but must be continuously replaced in or-der to be controlled. Systems developed on natural substrates maintain a nourish-ment balance, with well-rounded and con-trolled plant growth. Pruning is limited to once or twice a year.

LESS OR NO dependency on compute-rised systems and electronic checksBecause there is no fertiliser, pH or salt concentration checks, the only thing they need is automated irrigation.

El espectro de emisión lumínica de estas luminarias, ha sido adaptado en diversos ensayos al espectro de absorción de las plantas pero utilizan-do luz blanca, para de esta manera asegurar un crecimiento compacto y homogéneo, facilitando así la conser-vación y el mantenimiento del jardín, un menor consumo lumínico y una luz agradable al ojo humano.

En IGNIAGREEN desarrollamos estu-dios lumínicos para cada instalación, asesorando sobre el tipo y número de luminarias a instalar.

IGNIAGREEN, together with Ignialight, has developed CULTIVA WALL, a family of LED luminaires specifically designed for illuminating vertical gardens.

The spectrum of light emitted from these luminaires has been adapted in several tests to the absorption spec-trum of the plants, using white light to ensure compact and homogeneous growth. This facilitates the conserva-tion and maintenance of the garden, consumes less light and provides light that is pleasing to the human eye.

At IGNIAGREEN we conduct light tests for each installation to optimize the type and number of luminaires to be fitted.

1. Esta garantía sólo se aplica a ventas realizadas a consumidores (persona física o jurídica que adquiere el Producto con fines ajenos a una actividad empresarial o profesional).2. De acuerdo con estas disposiciones, SACOPA, S.A.U (en adelante “el Fabricante”) garantiza que el producto correspondiente a esta garantía “Módulos IGNIAQUA y IGNIACLAK, MATERIAL DE RIEGO, BORDURAS y PROYECTOR CULTIVA WALL 5” (en adelante “el Producto”) no presenta ninguna falta de conformidad en el momento de su entrega.3. La entrega del Producto no incluye instalación. El Fabricante no asume responsabilidad por la incorrecta o defectuosa instalación del mismo. 4. El Período de Garantía Legal para el producto es de dos años, contados a partir de su entrega al consumidor. Se entenderá realizada la entrega en la fecha que figure en el justificante de compra, en la factura correspondiente o en el albarán de entrega si ésta fuera posterior. Para la efectividad de la presente garantía, el consumidor deberá acreditar que el Producto se encuentra en garantía mediante la exhibición de la documentación acreditativa de la adquisición o entrega a la que se ha hecho referencia. 5. Si, durante el Periodo de Garantía Legal, el consumidor notificara una falta de conformidad del Producto imputable al origen, identidad o idoneidad del producto de acuerdo con su naturaleza, finalidad y con las normas que le sean aplicables, y acreditara que el producto está en garantía, el vendedor reparará o sustituirá el Producto a su propio coste en el lugar donde considere oportuno, salvo que ello sea imposible o desproporcionado.6. Cuando no se pueda reparar o sustituir el Producto, el consumidor podrá solicitar una reducción proporcional del precio o, si la falta de conformidad convirtiera al producto en inhábil para el fin a que se destina, la resolución del contrato de venta.7. Las partes sustituidas o reparadas en virtud de esta garantía no ampliarán el plazo de la garantía del Producto original, si bien dispondrán de su propia garantía.8. Transcurridos seis meses desde la adquisición del Producto, el consumidor que alegue falta de conformidad deberá acreditar el origen y la existencia del defecto alegado.9. El presente Certificado de Garantía no limita o prejuzga los derechos que correspondan a los consumidores en virtud de normas nacionales de carácter imperativo.10. Para la eficacia de esta garantía, el consumidor deberá acreditar que ha cumplido estrictamente las indicaciones e instrucciones del Fabricante incluidas en la docu-mentación que acompaña al Producto, cuando éstas resulten aplicables según la gama y modelo del Producto, incluido el calendario para la sustitución, mantenimiento o limpieza de piezas o componentes del producto.11. Quedan excluidos de la garantía los desperfectos o deterioros debidos a:

• Negligencias o imprudencias de instalación, manipulación, transporte o uso del producto.• Ambientes o condiciones inadecuados: a título informativo y no limitativo el Fabricante advierte que se considerarán ambientes o condiciones inadecuadas el funcionamiento en ambientes con una temperatura ambiental superior a los 40º C o - 20ºC.• Falta de cumplimiento de las indicaciones del Fabricante y de lo especificado en las instrucciones, advertencias o cualquier otra documentación que acompañe al Producto. • Mantenimiento insuficiente o inadecuado, tanto de las condiciones ambientales, como del Producto. • Modificaciones totales o parciales del producto, sin autorización previa escrita por el fabricante.• Causas de fuerza mayor, incendios, heladas, inundaciones, rayos o cualquier otra catástrofe imprevista de cualquier origen.• Causas ajenas o externas al Producto, como su almacenamiento a la intemperie o en lugares cerrados conjuntamente con productos químicos, donde puedan existir unas condiciones ambientales adversas.• El vertido incontrolado sobre el Producto de agentes o productos químicos.• Aquellos que, sin estar contemplados en los puntos anteriores, puedan ser excluidos por no ser imputables ni a un defecto del material, ni a su proceso de fabricación.

12. Quedan asimismo excluidos de garantía los Productos en los que el consumidor o un tercero hubieran realizado o iniciado reparaciones, modificaciones o ajustes sin el consentimiento previo del Fabricante.

The delivery will be understood as completed on the date indicated on the receipt of purchase, the corresponding invoice or on the delivery note if the date on the delivery note is later. For this guarantee to be applicable, the consumer must prove that the Product is under guarantee by showing the documentation that demonstrates the purchase or delivery in question. 5. If, during the Legal Term of Guarantee, the consumer were to report a non-conformity of the Product attributable to the origin, identity or suitability of the Product in accordance with its nature, purpose and applicable regulations and should he demonstrate that the Product is under warranty, the seller will repair or replace the Product on his own account in the place he considers appropriate, unless it is impossible or disproportionate.6. When the Product cannot be repaired or replaced, the consumer may request a proportional reduction of the price or, if the non-conformity makes the Product unusable for its purpose, the termination of the contract of sale. 7. The parts repaired or replaced by virtue of this guarantee will not extend the term of guarantee for the original Product; however, they will be covered by their own guarantee.8. Six months after the purchase of the Product, the consumer who reports a non-conformity must demonstrate the origin and existence of the fault that is reported.9. This Certificate of Guarantee does not limit or prejudice the rights that correspond to consumers by virtue of mandatory national legislation.10. For this guarantee to be effective, the consumer must demonstrate that he has followed the Manufacturer’s instructions and indications to the letter as provided on the documentation delivered with the Product, when they are applicable in accordance with the range and model of the Product, including the calendar for the replacement, maintenance and cleaning of the parts and components of the product.11. The guarantee excludes faults and deterioration caused by the following:

• Negligence, lack of due care, handling, transport or use of the product.• Inappropriate environments or conditions: as an information and not as a limitation, the Manufacturer indicates that environments or conditions will be consid-ered inappropriate if the functioning is in environments with a temperature above 40°C or -20°C. • Failure to follow the Manufacturer’s indications and the specifications given in the instructions, warnings or whatsoever other documentation provided with the Product. • Insufficient or inappropriate maintenance of the environmental conditions and of the Product. • Partial or full modifications to the Product without prior authorisation in writing from the Manufacturer.• Causes of force majeure, fire, frosts, flooding, lightning or whatsoever other unforeseen disaster of whatsoever origin.• Causes beyond the scope of or external to the Product, such as its storage outdoors or in closed places with chemical products, which may give rise to adverse ambient conditions.• The uncontrolled discharge of chemical products or agents onto the Product.• Those which, although not included in the foregoing, may be excluded owing to the fact that they cannot be attributed to a material fault or to the manufactur-ing process.

12. The guarantee also excludes the Products on which the consumer or whatsoever third party has completed or started repair work, modifications or adjustments without the Manufacturer’s prior consent.
