Angle
• Instead of taking regular pictures, you want to take pictures from different points of view such as from above or below.
Eye Contact
• The idea of an eye contact picture is having the person in the picture look somewhere other than the camera
Rule of 1/3’s
• Instead of having the person in the middle of the picture, have them be on the outer edges of the photo.
Lighting
• Experimenting with lighting in a picture, putting light on different parts of the body really make a picture stand out.
Comfort Zone
• Sometimes it is good to get the person in the picture out of their comfort zone for a well thought-out picture
Shoot CandidlyShoot Candidly is where you take a picture of someone, and make it look like they are not posing.
Props
• This is where a person uses props/objects to enhance the creativity of the picture
Body Part
• This is where you focus on one part of the body instead of using the whole body
Take a Series of Shots
• Having the person in the picture seem like they are in motion make the picture more advanced
Camera Angle
• Having the camera angle differing adds a little fun to the picture
Subject Expressions
• When the person in the picture shows a different emotion shows some serious pictures as well as some happy pictures.
Orientation
• Having pictures where they are landscape and portrait makes the pictures more different and you can notice the difference
Backgrounds
• Experiment with the background to make the picture more busy or calm.
