Cancellation Conditions
If you notify us in writing of your cancellation at least 14 days prior to the event, no cancellation fee will be charged. If notification is received within 7 to 14 days before the event, a cancellation fee of 50% of the course fee will be charged. We regret that no refunds can be made if notice of cancellation is received less than 7 days before the event. An alternative participant is not allowed to be substituted prior to the event.
Payment Information
After receiving your registration form, a letter and invoice will be sent to you for confirmation. Full Payment should be received 7 days prior to the event time. Fees can be paid by cheque or direct deposit at Al-Jonah Training Center account number.
