Goal

• The draft goals available on the Wiki:

• Provide/update SAIF/ECCF training material

• Recommend further training topics

• (Probably) Develop best practices for training XC WS participants (e.g. Medium, Mechanisms, Venue, Content/Agenda)

• The draft process

• Monitor all other working groups in XC WS and others (eg, CSCAT, ESST)

• Use the ECCF training that has already been developed (VKC wiki) revise the training slides (See References)

• Submit monthly milestones of new draft slides for training

• Work with the Documentation & Training Workspace as needed

Goal

• Goal (as discussed in meeting) could be provide recommendations for questions such as:

• How should we detemine higher level content/outline of training?• What should be the mechanisms to deliver the training?• How should the training material generated/maintained/organized?• How should we provide paths through training material? (e.g. Provide

alternative paths for new starters)• What are the levels of training? Maybe role-specific, preference, business goal• Who could be the trainers (their expertise/background/skills) KSAs? Who could

be trainers for trainers?• How could we identify balance between complexity/coverage of training?

• Process:• Use the ECCF training that has already been developed (VKC wiki) as an

example in identifying issues and answering some of the questions above
