The reselling and double profitThe Investor resells the property bit by bit, as customers come forward, and makes the first profit. PLAN sells the renovations to the customers

Studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms and more, every area, every shape, every style.The satisfaction of every desire is the guarantee of quick sales.

The reselling and double profitThe Investor resells the property and makes the first profit. Bit by bit, as customers come forward, the investor resells parts of the property in an ‘as is’ condition. At the end he will gain a first profit of € 4,000,000. (see example page 15).The customers then outsource to PLAN the renovation of the units, which will begin after purchase.For example, PLAN closes deals of renovation with all buyers for € 10,000,000, it incurs costs of € 5,000,000 (PLAN selects high level general contractors), Thus it gets a profit of € 5,000,000 and shares this with the investor, giving the latter an extra profit of € 2,500,000.
