Description
Bymeasuringthecurrentgeartorque(staticanddynamic)allpossibleoperatingstatesareidentifiedtoruleoutoverloading.TheROTZLERMCDdeliversanexactlinearoutputsignal,proportionaltotheloadtorque.Inaddition,theMCDissuesanelectricalsignalwhentheropereachestheprescribedlastthreesafetywindings.ThelinearsignaldeliveredfromtheMCDelectronicsmaybeusedforavarietyofapplications.
TheROTZLERMCDareexclusivelyusedforROTZLERTITANwinches.TheuseasdeterminedistheoverloadsensorandropesensorofROTZLERTITANwinches.Theuseasdeterminedalsoincludestherelatedequipment,manufacturer’srecommendationsregardinginstallation,operationandmaintenance.

TheROTZLERTITANelectronicsaredesignedforoperationinatemperaturerange/ambienttemperatureof-30°Cupto+60°C.

MCDstep2-isanoverloadsensor(1-pointsensoring)inwinchdirection“ROPEIN”whichisattachedinthegear.Thissensorservesasoverloadprotectionofthewinchandfortheprotectionoftheoperator.
MCDstep3-isanadditionaloverloadsensorinwinchdirection“ROPEIN”.Thisoptioncanbeusedforadjustingasecondsensoringpoint(2-pointsensoring).Forexample:overloadprotectionofthehoistingdevicebyextendingthejibmanually.
Assoonastheallowableloadisexceeded,asignalisgivenbytheelectronicssystem(MCDStep2and3).Thissignalcanbeusedviathehoistsecuritydevicetoswitchoffthesystem.
