VRMS Enhancements and Updates Completion Expected May 2013
• New “Reviewer” role – Coordinators will be able to assign colleagues as reviewers so
applications and profiles can be made by a committee.
• Areas of interest – Volunteers will be able to indicate interests and be notified via email when
opportunities are posted that match. Coordinators will also have access to searching for
volunteers based on interests.
Completion Expected Later in 2013
• Increased profile/resume information – Coordinators’ ability to find volunteers will include
resume information when using the keyword search and more professional information from
myPMI accounts, giving a greater view of a volunteer’s experience.
• Option to restrict applications to chapter members – Coordinators will have the option of
allowing only their members to apply, cutting down on inappropriate submissions.
• Automatic service history feed for chapter roles – Volunteers roles assigned via VRMS will
populate in service history, eliminating the need for volunteers to manually update their service
history.
