Addictions Outreach Counsellor - Work with persons with addictions issues and concurrent disorders. Oftentimes,

these persons are not engaged with counselling services, and this position would involve connecting with vulnerable populations, building rapport, and providing crisis intervention, support with day to day needs, advocacy, counselling, and therapy as indicated. Work will be conducted at the local hospital, medical clinic, high school, women’s shelter, and in our counselling agency.

-Seasonal, full-time, 6 days/week, 60 hours/week, $3000-$3300/month + benefits, Average 8-10 hours/day,Position includes separate living quarters & all meals (taxable benefit value $340), & vacation pay. Satellite internet available for a monthly fee. Opportunity to help with other lodge duties as time permits. Job duration is approximately Late May through the end of August or Mid-September. Located 55 km NE of Ear Falls, on Confederation Lake.-Daily routine at the lodge is very dynamic at times so the candidate should be able to adapt to changing schedules and early morning starts. There will be times when the candidate may have no cabins to clean and will be expected to fill their time with other duties.-A passion/desire for the outdoors is critical in making this a successful opportunity as well as the ability to adapt to very isolated/remote environments and small teams.Duties/Responsibilities:

Daily housekeeping of guest cabins, office buildings, as well as waitress and help in the kitchen.

Housekeeping : Sweep, mop and wash floors; Dust furniture; Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture; make beds and change sheets; distribute clean towels and toiletries; Stock linen closet; Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen fixtures and appliances; Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures; Handle and report lost and found items; Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items; Pick up debris and empty trash containers; Wash windows, walls and ceilings; Clean changing rooms and showers.

Waitress/Kitchen: Set dining room tables per schematics, attending to guests in the dining room. Prepare tables for staff meals. Help cook periodically if interested. Dishes and setting out foods.

Skills & Requirements: Good cleaning skills and standards, Communication, Working with others,

Problem solving, Job task planning and organizing, Accepting of Feedback and operational changes

Physically demanding, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling

Must be presentable; attentive to details; reliable; do a variety of tasks including kitchen/dining room cleaning & prep; waitress; team work; early hours; and live in a remote area. No pets. KaBeeLo Lodge has ZERO tolerance for drug use/abuse &/or excessive drinking or other activities that negatively impact job performance or camp productivity

DHC-2 FLOAT PILOT - Full-time, Fly-in/Fly-Out, seasonal position, business operates from mid-May

through September (flying mid-May through late August) - Room and board benefit included with employment package

- Weight and balance, loading/unloading, fueling Qualifications:

Valid float endorsement + min 25 hours PIC on floats Must be physically fit (able to move/handle luggage, boats and motors, and

able to operate a chainsaw and weed-whipper are strong features 1st class Medical Canadian Commercial Pilot License Float Rated/Endorsement
