Communication of Information and Use of Grammar

When you have compiled all your information for your SBA, ensure that you:

read through the entire project carefully do spell checks use correct grammar number your pages properly (TYPED, not

with pen or pencil)

OVERALL PRESENTATIONFont Style and Size:The entire project should be typed (no pens or pencil written work will be accepted).The Font Style and size that MUST be used is as follows:

Font Style: TIMES NEW ROMAN Font sizes: For all Headings: SIZE 16

For all body information: SIZE 12

Page Margin: Left margin: 1.5 inches Right, Top and Bottom: 1 inchUSE A4 PAPER (LETTER SIZE)

Line Spacing: Three spaces after headings Single line space for paragraghs, Two line spaces between paragraphs

Folder Type:Transparent plastic folder

Headings and Body:

Only headings should be bold and in full capital letters (not the body of the information).

Do not underline headings

Used the Blocked Paragraph style OR the Indented Paragraph style, but do not mix them.

Blocked Style Indented Style

For the Blocked style, the heading is blocked and the paragraphs are blocked (meaning they start at the margin). Each paragraph must be in single line spacing and two line spaces between each paragraph.

For the Indented style, the heading should be centered and the first line of each paragraph should be indented (five line spaces from the margin). Each paragraph must be in single line spacing and two line spaces between each paragraph.
