• PR : kegiatan komunikasi dalam suatu organisasi, dua arah secara timbal balik

• PR : penunjang tercapainya tujuan yg ditetapkan oleh manajemen suatu organisasi

• Publik sasaran : Publik Internal & External• PR : operasionalisasi dalam membina

hubungan yg harmonis dan mencegah rintangan psikologis antara organisasi dan publiknya dan yg timbul dari organisasi atau dari publiknya
