2. Airport Pick-Up

When: 9am-9pm on Thursday(your program start date)

Where: Starbucks

*Do not travel between terminals or leave the airport

as our staff will wait for you at the terminal you are

scheduled to arrive at.

You may have to wait up to an hour for other interns

to arrive before you leave the airport depending on

scheduling. We will have transport departing as

frequently as possible.

Airport Pick-Up(TERMINAL 3)

Pick up your luggage.Exit the gated area (see map) - Youwill be in a large hall.Turn left and walk for a fewminutes past the Information Deskand you will see a large StarbucksSeating area.Our CRCC Asia staff will be therewith a big CRCC Asia sign.

Pick up your luggage.Come out of the gated area andturn left (see map)

Go to Starbucks seating area.Our CRCC Asia staff will be therewith a big CRCC Asia sign.

3. Making your own way

If you arrive outside our designatedpick-up time or location, here are

details of our accommodation.

Making your own way(taxi)

Make note of accommodationdetail.

ONLY USE DESIGNATED TAXIRANK.Do NOT go with anyone whoapproaches you inside the airportas it is likely to be an unlicensed(black) cab. All airport taxis are on meters soyou don't need to agree a price but itwill cost around 70RMB. Avoid overcharge by asking for thereceipt when you get off .

4. Check-in

Security Deposit: 100 RMB

Police registration: Reception willtake your passport for police

registration. You will get it back onthe second day day when you hand

in inventory list with your signatureon it.

Adapter: 220 volts

5. Informal Dinner(optional)

Time: 6pmRestaurant: 宏状元(晶粥店) across the

apartment

Our staff members will meet you inthe apartment lobby and walk you to

the restaurant. Please note thatyou’ll need to pay for the dinner by

yourself.

There are also shops beside thereception desk.

6. Mobile Phones

Make sure your phone is unlocked soyou can use a Chinese SIM Card. We

will provide you with a SIM Card.
