For the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Premier serves as a Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA) and Continuous Monitoring (CM) and Continuous Diagnostic Mitigation (CDM) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to the USDA Office of the CIO (OCIO) and agencies. The SME acts as a Liaison for the OCIO to agency Information System Security Program Managers (ISSPMs) to assist with CM, CDM and FISMA issues.

Premier conducts application cloud readiness assessments for the Defense Health Agency, Solution Delivery Division’s applications portfolio. Premier develops vendor agnostic cloud migration roadmaps for applications that are ready to be moved to the cloud and produces system subsystem design documents and migration strategy plans

Premier supports the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs initiative to evaluate its nationwide local telecommunications contracts and to streamline, consolidate, or otherwise improve contract service, operations, and terms. Premier leads a cross-functional team in planning and executing telecom service task orders.
