Sovannak Palm Sugar is a spin-off from Vattanak project, a GERES ICS project meant to improve efficiency of palm sugar production process
Since 2013 SPS is a private business
SGFE is a GERES spin-off manufacturing charbriquettes from coconut shells, rice husks and other biomass waste
It became independent in 2012
