During our research into opening credits, one thing we found was that they all featured production companies, so to make our opening we decided more realistic we too would create a production company. From the images shown on the opening slide, it is evident that the production company name closely links with the image used as their logo / title sequence. This is something we need to keep in mind when developing our name for a production company, since we have to have an image that can mirror our name.

Below is a link showing all the Warner Bros Harry potter openings. It shows how the chosen logo is kept the same, yet depending on the mood of the film the back ground is changed.This however may not be applicable to our production company, as all of the thriller films I have searched have had set production companies, as they are not so upbeat.

Our production logo

For our production company, due to the lack of technology we decided to keep the company name (therefore image portraying said name simple.) We called our company ‘Static Pictures’ with a background of static to compliment it. Our production company logo is visible below.
