MLE Project Associate
Organization Overview:
The Aman Foundation (Aman) is a major social sector enterprise that aims to champion dignity
and choice for the underserved in Pakistan. Aman aims to achieve this mission through the
relentless pursuit of sustainable, scalable and systemic development in the areas of Health,
Education and Capacity Building within Pakistan as the three pillars of its business strategy.
Job Overview:
The Measurement, Learning, and Evaluation (MLE) Department at Aman Foundation in
collaboration of AmanSports is looking for a Project Coordinator. The MLE Department requires
the services of Project Coordinator who will assist in the overall delivery of the AmanSports Play
and Learn project in achieving its goals. .
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Weekly monitoring visits to ensure necessary and sufficient resources committed to the
program are being utilized
2.
Ensure outputs defined in the log frame are being achieved within the time and budgetallocated
3.Report on a weekly basis to MLE Team (and on a more frequent basis if/as required)
4.Enter data collected through surveys on a pre-designed database by the MLE Team
Duration:
Minimum of Seven Months, MondayFriday, 9 am5 pm (occasionally weekends, if required)
Eligibility Criteria:
1. University education (at least 16 years Bachelors degree) in Business, Education, Social
Sciences, Development Economics or related field. Previous experience in conductingsurveys will be an advantage.
2. Experience of working in project monitoring is preferable
3. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
4. Strong computer skills (word, excel and power point)
5. Experience in Data Entry & Management using MS Excel

6. Fully proficient in Urdu. Knowledge of any regional languages spoken in Pakistan will be
an asset. Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking Urdu is mandatory.

9. Ability to work as a team player
