Planning for projects and turnarounds.

Progress monitoring at site and setting milestones.
Continuously improves planning and scheduling by receiving feedback from supervisors, leads, Engineers and
site Managers.
Performs site walk through and prepare method statement (MS), ventilation plan (VP), emergency rescue plan
(ERP) and other supporting documents to carry out work in field.

Successfully completed PCS II SDM 2016 shutdown maintenance on Heat Exchangers, Towers, Drums, Reactor,
Boiler, tank, condensate pot, miscellaneous equipment, HP & LP flare, strainers, Pressure safety valves and
control valves in Petrochemical Corporation of Singapore Pte Ltd Olefin – II unit as Planning and QS Engineer
Successfully completed RCC Revamp Project 2015 in Singapore Refining Company Pte Ltd as Project Engineer.
Successfully completed PAC TA 2015 turnaround on Heat Exchangers and handed over all equipment on time
in Exxon Mobil, PAC Refinery in APS1, APS2, NHF/CLE, AOX and SHUMEA units.
Successfully completed JTA 2014 turnaround on Towers and Drums and handed over all equipment on time in
Exxon Mobil, Jurong Refinery.
OTHER TURNAROUND AND PROJECT EXPERIENCE
Completed a turnaround on Heaters and Furnace as Maintenance Engineer in Tamilnadu Petroproducts
Limited, Petrochemical industry in Pre-fractionation unit during the year of May 2012.
Completed a turnaround on Shell and tube heat exchangers and distillation columns as Maintenance
Engineer in Tamilnadu Petroproducts Limited, Petrochemical industry in Hydro-bon unit during the year of
2010 - 2011.
Completed a Project work under Capital budget around INR 965000. Procured, installed and commissioned a
Blower successfully to deliver the fresh air for ventilation of DG room with a capacity of 115000 cubic meters.
Waste heat recovery boiler’s coil bundle has been replaced under Capital budget head and Coordinated with
the fabrication team of coil fulfilling as per IBR requirements as well as Installed and commissioned
respectively.
