Dissolving the closed form of GLORIOUS, left us with a unique range of possibilities. You may combine its parts as often as you like and with different radii, allowing SUPER-G to adapt perfectly to any rooms proportions.

SUPER-G is a suspended or surface mounted luminaire and comes on two light temperatures 3000 Kelvin as well as 4000 Kelvin. The special twist about SUPER-G certainly lies within the four different radii (120, 90, 72 and 51) which can be combined seamlessly and leave the user with sheer unlimited possibilities of creation.

AGENT is an insert created specifically designed for PROLICHTs INVADER family. This ring shifts the light source into the back of the fixture, which makes the luminaire virtually glare-free. The colour of the corrugated or smooth surface of AGENT creates an accentuated, colourful orifice, without negative impact on the colour fidelity of the light. Depending on the surface of AGENT the colour will come to light stronger or weaker.

As the name reminiscent of the sun suggests, the spectacular view of a solar eclipse, leaving a visible corona behind the shadow, was the source of inspiration for Korona-Effekt. A similar effect is created by the installation frame KORONA: the rimless ring shifts back the light area and surrounds it with setting of colour.

1. Acknowledging the Terms of DeliveryAll transactions with the PROLICHT GmbH are subject to the following general terms and conditions. Changes or amendments to these terms and conditions are only legally effective upon our written agreement. Condi-tions from the buyer and particular stipulations are only part of the contract and legally effective if agreed in writing by PROLICHT. The buyer agrees to abstain from modifying the terms and conditions of the PROLICHT Company and agrees that the said terms and conditions will prevail over the sellers own terms and conditions. However, should the buyer already have forwarded their terms and conditions, the buyer agrees to forego any legal effects. Should the buyer not agree with the terms and conditions of PROLICHT, it is necessary to notify PROLICHT of this by letter, in a separate letter from the quantity and type of order, so that negotiations between PROLICHT and the buyer can take place to determine whose terms and conditions are to apply.

2. Date of Delivery and DispatchOur commitment to deliver is only binding once we have accepted the contract in writing. Execution of the order is based on the operating conditions and manpower resources at the time of the confirmation of the order. The date of delivery stated in the confirmation of order is an estimated date and is, on principle, valid ex works. The buyer claims due to a delayed date of delivery shall only be deemed valid if the date of delivery was confirmed in writing by PROLICHT as binding. Advance deliveries, or part of the whole deliveries are admissible as long as they have not been excluded in the written agreement. If the execution and delivery of an order are hindered due to, for example, strikes, operational breakdowns or lockouts and the following consequences, this falls under the category of an Act of God and releases PROLICHT from their responsibility of delivery and the right to claim for damages shall not apply. Goods ready for dispatch must be called for delivery immediately, otherwise, once a period of 14 days has elapsed from notification of readiness for dispatch, PROLICHT is entitled to store the goo-ds at their own discretion and at the cost and risk of the buyer, and to charge for them as delivered ex works.

3. TransportThe transport of the goods is ex works and at the buyers own risk, even if a carriage free delivery has been agreed upon with PROLICHT. Thereupon, PROLICHT has the right to select the type of transport. Should the consignee discover damages or losses, they must be acknowledged upon receipt.

4. PricesOur prices are quoted ex works, unless otherwise agreed, and are subject to change. The quoted prices are exclusive of VAT in the statutory amount.

5. Terms of PaymentThe invoice must be paid within 30 days of the date of the invoice. Payments are without any cash discount. Should a cash discount have been agreed upon, a cash discount of the new invoices is unacceptable if older and outstanding invoices exist. For default of payment, a rate of interest of 15% p.a. shall apply. Should PRO-LICHT suffer a loss of interest or a loss on exchange, this will be included. The buyer may not set-off payment with counterclaims. Cheque and bill transactions are considered an undertaking to pay. All charges and bank commissions in connection with bank transfers and cashing in cheques or bills will be charged to the buyer. Payments, independently of any payment dedications, will be credited to the longest-standing invoices. Interest on arrears and charges will be dispensed with initially and will then be set against the capital gain. Upon a bill protest or upon default of payment of a payable invoice, all invoices are to be paid immediately without requiring an explicit repayment notice.

6. Reservation of TitleOwnership to the subject of delivery shall remain in the hands of PROLICHT and will only pass onto the buyer once the invoice amount and all possible default interests have been paid in full. The buyer is entitled to sell the goods, within the scope of normal business activities, as long as the payment has not be defaulted upon and subject to reservation of title.

7. Complaints, Guarantee and CompensationDefects and lacking guaranteed qualities, are to be claimed immediately upon discovery. Claims made 14 days upon receipt of the goods at destination are not acceptable, unless the defect could not be detected during a routine inspection. PROLICHT is allowed to decline to repair the defects as long as the buyer does not comply with his legal obligations. The buyers right to claim becomes statute-barred a month after the refusal of defects from PROLICHT in writing. Upon legitimate claims, PROLICHT is entitled to either deliver new and conventio-nary goods or can accept an equitable abatement of the purchase price. Further claims by the buyer, in particular a full refund or indemnity claim for damage caused other than to the subject of delivery itself are as far as legally permissible excluded.

8. LiabilityThe supplier is only liable for damages beyond the range of application provided that intent or gross negligence can be proved within the statutory provisions. Liability for slight negligence is also excluded, as is compensation for consequential and financial losses, unachieved savings, interest losses and damages from third-party claims against the buyer. The seller is liable, within the range of application of the Product Liability Act, for personal injury and property damage suffered by the consumer. All indemnities upon non-compliance of possible con-ditions for assembly, operation and use (for example as detailed in the instructions manual) or in the official admission requirements are excluded. All potential buyers are bound by these limitations of liability, in full, and these are transferable to further parties.

9. Place of DeliveryThe place of delivery for all payments and deliveries is INNSBRUCK. INNSBRUCK is stipulated as the exclusive jurisdiction for all resulting litigations in connection with the contract and its execution. PROLICHT reserves the right to choose another statutory jurisdiction for actions brought against our contractual partner. For all issuing litigations, from the deliveries and the standing services in connection with the deliveries, the Austrian Law shall apply. However, PROLICHT is entitled to disclaim the application of the Austrian Law. In this case, it is agreed that the law of the country where the buyer has his registered office shall apply.

10. Small Quantity Surcharges, Share of Freight CostsFor all orders where the net value of the merchandise is less than 100, excl. VAT, we Calculate a country specific freight costs respectively extra charges for small quantities. The shipping of bulbs will be charged with 5, excl. VAT partial pallet quantity fee in the case of undershooting the packing unit.

11. Contract CancellationThe lights and light systems of PROLICHT will be produced by customer requirement. A redemption is only possible after an agreement in written form of PROLICHT. We reserve the right to charge 100% of the relevant merchandise value as manipulation fees. If the customer wants to cancel the contract and we agree to that in written form or we announce the cancellation of the contract because the customer do not fulfil the contractual obligation, the customer has to pay 100% of the total order value as reimbursement of costs regarding to the cancellation. The right is reserved to substantiate by way of compensation, costs actually incurred if these are higher. Should we, after conclusion of contract, receive information, which appears to indicate that awarding credit to the buyer may not be completely safe, or should facts become known, which tend to cast doubt upon the creditworthiness of the buyer, PROLICHT shall have the right at its own discretion to demand immediate payment of all open debt claims or to demand the provision of security. Facts in the sense of this condition shall mean, in particular, a significant deterioration in the financial situation, cessation of payments, delayed payments or closing down of the business; information shall mean news about such or similar facts.

12. LanguageOnly the German version of the General Terms and Conditions is binding. Other translated versions, in particular this English version, are for convenience only. In case of discrepancies between the German version and other translated versions of these General Terms and Conditions, the German version prevails.

Anerkennung der LieferbedingungenDie PROLICHT GmbH bernimmt die Durchfhrung von Auftrgen ausschlielich aufgrund der nachstehenden Bestimmungen. nderungen oder Ergnzungen derselben sind nur rechtswirksam, wenn sie schriftlich vereinbart wurden. Bedingungen fr die Auftragserteilung seitens des Bestellers und Sonderabmachungen werden daher nur Bestandteil des Vertrages und rechtswirksam, wenn sie mit PROLICHT schriftlich vereinbart wurden. Der Besteller erklrt, auf die Abnderung dieser Geschftsbedingungen der Firma PROLICHT durch Zusendung seiner Ge-schftsbedingungen zu verzichten. Sollte dennoch eine Zusendung seiner Geschftsbedingungen erfolgen oder erfolgt sein, so erklrt der Besteller hiermit seinen Verzicht auf allfllige daraus entspringende Rechtswirkungen. Sofern der Besteller beabsichtigt, die Geschftsbedingungen der PROLICHT nicht fr und gegen sich gelten zu lassen, wird er in einem individuellen Brief, getrennt von der Stckzahl und Art des Auftrages, darauf hingewiesen, damit in der Folge zwischen PROLICHT und dem Besteller Verhandlungen ber die anzuwendenden Geschfts-bedingungen gefhrt werden knnen.

2. Liefertermin und VersandDie Verbindlichkeit zur Lieferung tritt erst durch schriftliche Besttigung der Annahme des Auftrages ein. Die Ausfhrung der bernommenen Bestellungen erfolgt stets nach Magabe der zur Zeit der Besttigung des Auf-trages vorliegenden Betriebs- und Beschftigungs-Verhltnissen. In der Auftragsbesttigung genannte Lieferte-rmine sind vorlufig und gelten grundstzlich ab Werk. Ansprche, aus Anlass allflligerer berschreitungen der Liefertermine, knnen vom Besteller nur dann gestellt werden, wenn der Liefertermin von PROLICHT schriftlich als verbindlich besttigt worden ist. Vorablieferungen oder Lieferungen eines Teiles der Bestellmenge sind statthaft, sofern sie nicht durch schriftliche Vereinbarungen ausgeschlossen sind. Behinderung der Ausfhrung und Auslie-ferung einer Bestellung, wie z.B. Streiks, Betriebsstrungen, Aussperrungen sowie deren Folgen, gelten als hhere Gewalt und entbinden PROLICHT von der Verpflichtung zur Lieferung, ohne dass dem Besteller ein Schadenersat-zanspruch entsteht. Versandfertige Ware muss sofort abgerufen werden, widrigenfalls ist PROLICHT berechtigt, nach Ablauf von 14 Tagen - ab Meldung der Versandbereitschaft - die Ware auf Gefahr und Kosten des Kufers nach eigenem Ermessen zu lagern und als ab Werk geliefert zu berechnen.

3. TransportDer Transport erfolgt ab Werk auf Gefahr des Bestellers, auch wenn frachtfreie Lieferung vereinbart ist. Bei fracht-freier Lieferung hat PROLICHT die Wahl des Transportmittels. Etwaige Beschdigungen oder Verluste sind durch den Empfnger festzustellen und bescheinigen zu lassen.

4. PreiseDie Preise gelten, sofern nicht anders vereinbart wurde, ab Werk und sind grundstzlich freibleibend. Zu den ange-botenen Preisen kommt noch die gesetzliche Umsatzsteuer in der jeweils geltenden Hhe.

5. ZahlungsbedingungenDie Fakturen sind innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Rechnungsdatum zu bezahlen. Ein Skontoabzug wird nicht aner-kannt. Falls ein Skonto vereinbart wurde, ist ein Skontoabzug von neuen Rechnungen unzulssig, solange frhere und fllige Rechnungen noch unbeglichen sind. Fr Zahlungsverzug werden Verzinsungen in Hhe von 15% p.a. vereinbart. Sofern der, der PROLICHT entstehende Zinsschaden oder Kursverlust jedoch hher ist, wird dieser verrechnet. Gegenforderungen drfen mit dem Kaufpreis nicht aufgerechnet werden. Zahlungen mittels Scheck oder Wechsel gelten nur als zahlungshalber geleistet. Smtliche Spesen und Bankprovisionen, in Verbindung mit der Durchfhrung von berweisungen sowie Einlsungen von Wechseln oder Schecks, gehen zu Lasten des Bestellers. Zahlungen werden - unabhngig von einer allflligen Widmung - auf die zum Zahlungszeitpunkt am lngsten fllige Verbindlichkeit angerechnet. Dabei wird zunchst auf Verzugszinsen und Spesen verzichtet und diese dann erst auf den Kapitalertrag aufgerechnet. Im Falle eines Wechselprotestes oder bei Nichtzahlung einer flligen Faktura, sind smtliche Rechnungen sofort fllig, ohne dass es einer ausdrcklichen Flligstellung bedarf.

6. EigentumsvorbehaltBis zur vollstndigen Bezahlung des Rechnungsbetrages und allflliger Verzugszinsen, bleibt die gelieferte Ware Eigentum der Firma PROLICHT. Der Kufer darf die Ware im Gewhnlichen und solange er nicht im Zahlungsver-zug ist veruern, jedoch mit der Magabe, dass die Forderungen aus der Weiterveruerung bis zum jederzeit zulssigen Widerruf einzuziehen sind.

7. Reklamationen, Gewhrleistung und SchadenersatzMngel, auch das Fehlen zugesicherter Eigenschaften, sind unverzglich nach Entdecken schriftlich zu rgen. Mngelrgen, nach Ablauf von 14 Tagen seit Eingang der Ware am Bestimmungsort, sind ausgeschlossen, es sei denn, dass es sich um einen Mangel handelt, der bei einer Untersuchung nicht erkennbar war. PROLICHT kann die Beseitigung von Mngeln verweigern, solange der Kufer seinen Verpflichtungen im gesetzlichen Umgang nicht nachkommt. Das Recht des Kufers, Ansprche aus Mngeln geltend zu machen, verjhrt einen Monat nach schriftlicher Zurckweisung der Mngel durch PROLICHT. Bei berechtigten Mngelrgen kann PROLICHT nach ihrer Wahl neue, vertragsmige Waren liefern oder eine angemessene Minderung des Kaufpreises akzeptieren. Weitergehende Ansprche des Kufers, insbesondere Wandlung sowie Anspruch auf Ersatz von Schden, die nicht am Liefergegenstand selbst entstanden sind, sind soweit gesetzlich zulssig ausgeschlossen.

8. HaftungDer Lieferer haftet fr Schden auerhalb des Anwendungsbereiches nur, sofern ihm Vorsatz oder grobe Fahrls-sigkeit nachgewiesen werden, im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Vorschriften. Die Haftung fr leichte Fahrlssigkeit ist ebenso ausgeschlossen, wie der Ersatz von Folge- und Vermgensschden, nicht erzielten Ersparnissen, Zinsver-lusten und Schden aus Ansprchen Dritter gegen den Kufer. Der Lieferer haftet innerhalb des Anwendungsbe-reiches des Produkthaftungsgesetzes fr Personenschden sowie fr Sachschden, die ein Verbraucher erleidet. Bei Nichteinhaltung allflliger Bedingungen fr Montage, Inbetriebnahme und Benutzung (wie z.B. in Bedienungs-anleitungen enthalten) oder der behrdlichen Zulassungsbedingungen, ist jeder Schadenersatz ausgeschlossen. Die Haftungsbeschrnkungen sind vollinhaltlich allflligen Abnehmern zu berbinden, mit der Verpflichtung zur weiteren berbindung.

9. ErfllungsortErfllungsort fr alle Zahlungen und Lieferungen ist INNSBRUCK. Als ausschlielicher Gerichtsstand fr alle, im Zusammenhang mit dem Auftrag und dessen Durchfhrung, entstehenden Rechtsstreitigkeiten, wird INNSBRUCK vereinbart. PROLICHT ist jedoch berechtigt, den Besteller an einem anderen Gerichtsstand zu belangen. Fr alle - aus Lieferungen und damit in Zusammenhang stehenden Leistungen - erwachsenden Rechtsstreitigkeiten, wird die Anwendung des sterreichischen Rechts vereinbart. PROLICHT ist jedoch berechtigt, auf die Anwendung sterreichischen Rechts zu verzichten. Fr diesen Fall wird vereinbart, dass das Recht des Landes Anwendung findet, in dem der Besteller seinen Sitz hat.

10. Kleinmaterial, FrachtkostenanteilFr smtliche Bestellungen, welche unter einem Nettowarenwert von 100,- ohne USt. liegen, berechnen wir einen lnderspezifischen Frachtkostenanteil bzw. Mindermengenzuschlag. Bei der Lieferung von Leuchtmitteln verrechnen wir eine Anbruchpauschale von 5,- exkl. MwSt.

11. RcktrittDie Leuchten und Leuchtensysteme von PROLICHT werden auf Kundenwunsch gefertigt. Eine Rcknahme ist da-her nur mit ausdrcklicher schriftlicher Zustimmung von PROLICHT mglich. Wir behalten und darber hinaus die Verrechnung von 100% des betroffenen Warenwertes als Manipulationskosten vor. Wnscht der Kufer vom Ver-trag zurckzutreten und erteilen wir hierzu unser schriftliches Einverstndnis oder erklren wir unseren Rcktritt, weil der Besteller seine Vertragsverpflichtungen uns gegenber nicht erfllt, so ist der Kufer ebenfalls verpflichtet 100% der vom Rcktritt erfassten Auftragssumme als Kostenersatz zu bezahlen. Die Geltendmachung hherer, tat-schlich entstandener Kosten aus dem Titel des Schadenersatzes, bleibt vorbehalten. Sollten wir nach Vertragsab-schlu Informationen erhalten, welche eine Kreditgewhrung an den Kufer als nicht vllig unbedenklich erschei-nen lassen, oder sollten sich Tatsachen ergeben, welche Zweifel an der Kreditwrdigkeit des Kufers zu begrnden geeignet sind, so ist PROLICHT berechtigt, nach eigener freier Wahl, die unverzgliche Bezahlung smtlicher offener Forderungen oder Sicherstellung zu verlangen. Als Tatsachen, im Sinne dieser Bestimmung, gelten ins-besondere eine erhebliche Verschlechterung der Vermgensverhltnisse, Zahlungseinstellung, Zahlungsstockung oder Geschftsauflsung; als Informationen gelten Nachrichten ber solche oder hnliche Tatsachen.
