the prom will be off-campus at the EMU Student Center!
We’ve reserved the:• Grand Ballroom• Mezzanine• Auditorium (to show the movie)• Lounge
Set-up will begin Thursday evening (April 23rd), continue Friday (no school that day!), and end with some last minute pieces beginning around 6 Saturday.

Munchkin Land:•Have: Huts, turf for grass •Need: Decorative elements (lollipops, etc.)
Entryway:•Have: Rainbow gossamer, 200 feet of Yellow Brick Road • Need: Frame to drape

We’d also like to feature the DJ as the Wizard, a hot-air balloon and a skyline.

Ballroom - Have:•40’x30’ tent frame w/ thousands of lights, ornaments, tulle, gossamer•8’x12’ flats to paint/frame the room•Mrs. Litchard’s designs

Help with decorations, especially our “need” projects
Set-Up Days – exact hours to follow, but Thursday evening (23rd), all-day Friday and Saturday right before the dance all needed.
A Parent Coordinator to simply be the go-to person the night of the dance – more like the traffic director.
Ticket-takers, valet parking committee, coat-check, general chaperoning duties
Help immediately after the dance to clear any salvageable items into the attached storage room.
