Dear Colleagues,
Let us thank God for the blessings, guidance, and the
good health. It is a great pleasure to welcome you all th
to The 19 APAGE Annual Congress to be held in
conjunction with 7th National Meeting of Indonesian
Gynecological Endoscopy Society (IGES).
As a General Chairman of this congress, it is a great
pleasure for us to provide presentations from world
class endoscopists from all over the world, as well as
in workshops conducted by experts in their fields.
Surabaya - the capital of the province of East Java - is
Indonesia's second largest city with a population of
over 2.7 million. To Indonesians, it is known as 'the
city of heroes' due to the importance of the Battle of
Surabaya during the independence war period.
Surabaya now enjoys the reputation as being the
cleanest city in Indonesia, equipped with every
modern facility and offering a standard of
accommodation to suit every taste and budget.
Places of interest for the tourists include Kalimas
harbor and Kampung Arab in the old town, The Mpu
Tantular Museum, and the Surabaya Zoo - the largest
zoo in South East Asia.
Hopefully, this congress will provide favorable

innovations, minimally invasive approaches, surgical
skill, instrumentation and technology in surgery.

Congress Bag - USD 10,000
Sponsorship of the delegate bags represents a unique opportunity to promote your company and product in a very
prominent and visual way. Sponsorship includes an acknowledgement in the advance and final programs as well as
one corporate logo and one product logo on the front side of the delegate bag. Item subject to approval by the
Executive Committee.
Badge Sponsor – USD 5,000
The logo will be included on the back side of the badge. It is high value branding as it is worn by all delegates, speakers
and organizers. Production costs are included in the investment and subject to approval by the Executive Committee.
Digital Display - USD 8,000
Sponsors logo along with their products will be displayed on the digital screens placed at the main entrances, coffee area,

screens as such during the entire congress.

1. Deposit
The 50% deposit must be paid before 30 June, 2018.
2. Payment Settlement
Final payment of the remaining 50% is due by 30 September 2018 for which you
will also receive a tax invoice. Should final payment not be received after this date,
the package will be released for re-sale and the deposit not returned.
As spaces are strictly limited, returning an Acceptance Form does not guarantee a
place as a Sponsor/Exhibitor. You will be contacted with a confirmation letter to
confirm your acceptance as a Sponsor/Exhibitor. We will provide the remittance
information once your Sponsorship application is confirmed.
