Dates & Location 26 – 28 June 2014, Thursday – Saturday Boğaziçi University, Sarıtepe Campus, İstanbul

One of the campuses of Boğaziçi University is at Kilyos which is along the blacksea coast of İstanbul. This campus, named Sarıtepe Campus, hosts part of the the English Preparatory Division.

Just next to the campus, the Boğaziçi University Reunion Center (BURC) has a beach with facilities such as food courts and water sports: BURC Beach

There is a small hotel run by the university next to the campus (32 rooms with 50 beds) and many rooms in the dorm.

There are available meeting halls in the campus all fully equiped.

Hotel rates will be around 50 € per person per day including breakfast and dinner

Taxi will cost about 50 € from airport to hotel (~55km)

Registration fee is yet unknown; might be between 50-100 € (including coffee breaks, paper material, workshop bag, welcome cocktail, free entrance to beach, etc.)

Internet connection through the university’s infrastructure is available in meeting halls, hotel and dorms.
