This document covers the main steps involved when publishing, distributing and tracking any content published in ProView Publishing Services.

Step 1: Prepare Content for Publishing

Create content in ePub2 format, or convert it outside of the PFS Site.

Step 2: Publish Content

Create the TITLE ID of the content and upload the ePub2 file.

Step 3: Make Content Available for Sale

Review the published title in ProView to ensure formatting is correct. If changes need to be made, make them in the ePub2 file and reupload under the same title ID. When content is displaying properly in ProView, change the title’s state to ‘Final’.

Step 4: Distribute Content

The Fulfill section allows you to distribute content as a Single Sale or Subscription. Select your option and proceed to view all of the titles in ‘Final’ state, which are ready for distribution. Once you have selected the titles that you’d like to distribute you can generate a token for the titles.

Step 5: Track, Manage and Support Distribution

Once the content has been distributed, track it and support customers through the ‘Support’ tab of the site.
