1 Above mentioned rates are of 12hrs duty

2Accommodation (Labour camp) and transportation will be provided in free cost

3 Safety PPE will be provided in free cost

The Contractor shall ensure that their staff is well behaved & maintain plant discipline. If it is observed that any individual or group of workmen engaged by the Contractor do not obey the instructions of the Employer's EIC or misbehave, then penalty shall be applicable. The amount of penalty applicable shall be @ Rs.1, 000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) per instance. The penalty amount shall be recovered from the Contractor's monthly RA bills. In case of repeated incidences of such indiscipline & improper working/ behavior, the Contract can be terminated by the Employer at their sole discretion.

The Contractor shall fulfill the OHS requirements of the Employer in totality. In case of violation of any OHS norm, penalty shall be imposed as prescribed in the Employer's OHS Manual and the amount shall be deducted from the Contractor's RA bills.

Payment will be made on 21 days cycle withing 10 days after submitting the RA Bills.Payment ratio will be the same as above (0.15+

Contractor shall take utmost care during handling of Module Mounting Structure, solar modules, clamps and screws shall comply the manufactures guidelines for storage, stacking, handling & erection of modules. Incase due to mishandling of modules or on account of negligence by Contractor during at any of the operations of loading, transportation, stacking at site and erection, if the modules get damaged, the landed cost of each module shall be recovered from Contractor at below mentioned rate (a. Module Mounting Structure: Rs.1, 50, 000/- per MT & b. Solar Module: Rs.15, 000/- per number)
