QICC was established in Qatar (June 2008) as a joint venture company between Nexans and local partners QICC is fully managed by Nexans amp its head quarter is located in Mesaieed It is targeting not only the local Qatar market but also markets in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and Yemen The new plant is among the most advanced in the MENA (Middle-East North Africa) region and its large plot size allows for considerable expansion in production capacity as demand increases

These power amp control cables are used for electricity supply in low voltage installation system They are well adapted to underground use in industrial application in moist areas where hydrocarbon and mechanical protections are needed The lead cover brings an enhanced resistance to aromatics hydrocarbons

These instrumentation and communication cables are used to transmit analogue or digital signals in measurement and process control where chemicals may be present The individual screening of each pair limits the consequence of crosstalk

Optical fibers are mainly used to transmit information over long distances and with high bit rates This FOH cable has a double galvanized steel tape and a special PVC outer sheath resistant to aliphatic hydrocarbons which makes the cable well adapted to underground use in industrial applications
