• When creating my horror trailer, magazine front cover and film poster I wanted their to be synergy throughout. One way I did this was by using the same typography in my magazine front cover, Film Poster and Trailer. I also did this so that the audience would make direct links to all of my products and it will make the film memorbale.

My sub genre was Psychological horror. Therefore all three of my products linked back to my sub genre. This was shown through colour scheme in my film poster and magazine front cover. the main image on my film poster and magazine front cover plays with your mind as the images have been heavily manipulated to reflect the psychological horror. Throughout the trailer I used conventions of the horror genre but also I used a lot of low key lighting to reflect my sub genre to create mystery.

Another way my final product is linked is how the protagonist is featured throughout. The protagonist is on the front cover of the magazine, film poster and in my trailer. This was because I wanted to create a clear link but also for my audience to be able to build a relationship and become familiar with my protagonist.
