    FEATURES OF CIST: The Institute is situated near Patel

    Nagar, Bhopal which is in line with the cluster of Institutes

    existing there and 10Km away from Bhopal station. While

    GLIMPSES OF BHOPAL:Bhopal, the famous historical city &

    capital of Madhya Pradesh is located in the central region of

    India and in north western part of the State of Madhya Pradesh.

    Built by king Bhoj in 11th Century A.D, the prestigious city was

    founded by an Afghan Soldier Dost Mohammed Khan in 1723

    after the death of Mughal emperor Aurangzeb (AD 1707) Now-a-

    days, this city is on the Delhi Chennai main route. Major trains

    are going from Mumbai to Delhi via Itarsi and Jhansi also pass

    through Bhopal. Regular bus services connect all the major cities

    of M.P. like Indore, Gwalior, Jabalpur as well as it is being

    connected with all the State capitals of India. Some historical &

    tourist places to visit in Bhopal & surrounding are the grandeur

    statue of King Bhoj, surmounted in Burj at Bhojtal, Taj-ul-Masjid

    (the largest mosque in the country), Bharat Bhawan (Designed

    by the renowned architect Charles Cores) Van Vihar (Safari Park

    on a hill adjacent to Bhojtal, Bhimbetika(Archeological treasure),

    Bhojpur (Famous for old Shiva temple and cyclopean dam),

    Panchmari the footstep of Satpura Hills,Kanha National forest,

    Bandhavgarh, Panna Tiger Reserve forest, marvelous marble

    rocks of Jabalpur and Palace of Mandu.

    GLOBAL ASPECT OF SEMINAR:The RACSP 2013 aims to

    spread awareness in the research and academic community

    regarding the cutting edge techniques on Communication andsignal processing for Electronics Engineering Applications and is

    going to be held on May 2, 3 2013.Theme: The main objective of

    this seminar is to provide a forum for researchers, educators,

    scholar and industries to exchange ideas, to communicate and

    discuss research findings and new advancement in the field of

    electronics, and to explore possible avenues to foster academic

    and scholar exchange, as well as scientific activities within the

    region. This will facilitate communication among researchers

    working in different fields. The program will consist of Invited

    lectures, paper presentation sessions.

    ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT

    The Department of Electronics & Communication has dedicated

    and specialized faculty members in different areas with rich

    experience in academics, industry and research. The department

    has excellent class rooms equipped with Modern audio-video

    aids, tutorial rooms, well equipped and spacious laboratories with

    the latest Software and Hardware. The department has separate

    library and seminar hall. The department has currently an intake

    of 120 students. The department also has 4MbpsLeased Line

    Internet connectivity.

    CALL FOR PAPERSAuthors are invited to submit full papers presenting new research

    related to the theory or practice of recent trends in the field of

    Electronics.
