RE: ACC RULES & REGULATIONS

Here are some reminders of just a few of the rules & regulations found in the Covenants

under Article III and Article IV:

*If you’d like to make changes to the exterior of your home, i.e., roofs, paint, etc.,

please pick up an application form for approval before proceeding. These forms can be

found in a special HOA box at 1657 West 115th Circle or on the website.

*Only 4-wheel non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted to be parked on

adjoining streets or in driveways.….. no commercial vehicles are allowed to be parked on

adjoining streets or driveways

*RV’s, boats, etc., are to be parked behind a fence only

*Roofs, driveways, paint, etc., are to be in good condition

*Dead trees & branches are to be trimmed or removed

*Weeds are to be eliminated, weekly lawn watering, mowing & pruning is required

*Landscaping shall be maintained in a neat, clean & attractive manner with no

trash, litter, debris, boxes, containers, etc., permitted to remain on a lot

Marilyn Durkee has started a ‘Helping Hands’ program with a group of residents to assist

those in need of help grocery shopping, doctor’s appointments, lawn care, etc. If help is

needed, please call Marilyn at (303) 452-5853.
