INTRODUCTION

Rashid al Majid Group was founded a little over three decades ago. An entrepreneurial brainchild of

Mr. Rashid al Majid, it started out as a local trading business. It had a humble beginning with trust, quality

and customer service as the modus operandi of the founder’s entrepreneurial spirit. Since then, the

business has expanded, and with the remarkable economic growth in the region the group diversified its

business into new areas. The group’s business portfolio currently includes a number of companies

involved in multiple industries; spanning across: Projects (EPC), Operation & Maintenance, Manufacturing,

Trading, Real Estate, and Food Production. As part of its strategy for excellence, it has managed to forge

international partnerships with companies in a leading position in their respective industries.

At the core of the group’s operational excellence lie facility centers’, including: show rooms for

product exhibition, service centers and warehouses. The facility centers are positioned in a manner to

maximize customer convenience and minimize logistical hurdles. Hence, positive customer experience,

the flexibility to avail services within reasonable timings, and superb supply chain management gives us

edge over competition.

Rashid al Majid group, ever since its inception has gone through a powerful transformational process

to reach its current form. Its view of challenges as nothing but opportunities, and where the future

We take this opportunity to introduce ourselves as one of the most renowned business organization in

the U.A.E. ,well established over a period of more than 30 years, with various business activities motivated

in distribution. Agency, production etc. aside from these we own large areas of land and a number of

commercial and residential buildings.

In the agency and distribution field we are the sole agent and distributor of American brand

“PHILCO” air conditioners and other household appliances , and we are the sole agent for “MARSHAL”

central air-condition too. Our efforts in the market are well supported by an organized and most modern

after-sales service and customer-care programmed.

We are the sole representative of “Marshall Air conditioning” in the UAE as equipment suppliers and system providers. Marshal is owned by Awal Gulf Manufacturing co, premier manufacturer of commercial and residential Air Conditioning units as well as Refrigeration units in the GCC and MENA region. Our Operations & Maintenance division specializes in providing preventive

maintenance and periodical servicing of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration equipment. Under

annual maintenance contract our services cover shopping malls, industrial establishments,

residential Buildings, and villas etc.

This division also undertakes repair and rectification of all types of AC equipment’s including but

not limited to ducted split, package, split units, window ac, etc.

We have high performing teams ready to attend to clients request for services. Our teams are

made of seasoned technicians who have mastered the skills of the trade and are known for

their professionalism. Under the company’s training program all technicians are required to go

through a regular evaluation to assess their skill level and customer service orientation. Hence,

the continuous improvement in our work force reflects on the quality of the service we provide

to our clients satisfaction.

Our service facility centers are equipped with the latest tools of the trade, designed to avoid

work place hazard and are located in convenient location. Location gives us edge for our “on

call service”, where we offer 12 hours service to attend any break down/complaint within the
