Go Ape is the UK’s number one forest adventure provider. It has 28 sites across the country and offers tree top adventures, off-road segway courses and forest mountain biking.

CVS were instructed to see if their business rates liability could be reduced across its UK wide sites.

RESULTSCVS utilised the expertise of one of its Rating Directors who specialises in achieving reductions in the leisure sector. By negotiating with the Valuation Office Agency (VOA), CVS secured an agreement to have all the sites dealt with simultaneously. By presenting a solid case of evidence to the Valuation Office Agency including turnover information and up to date details of facilities present, savings of over £150,000 should be achieved across the seven year Rating List.
